We couldn’t have found a more perfect location for our stay in Maui! We loved waking up to the water everyday and we even saw whales off the back deck! The kitchen was well stocked with everything wee needed. Groceries, restaurants and shops were within walking distance.Barbara was the perfect host, answering all our questions within minutes. We will definitely be back!

Weather the week of our stay was pleasant enough that the lack of A/C was not a problem. The kitchen was fully stocked for anyone wishing to cook while at the condo. The extras such as beach chairs and cooler were very convenient.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The unit was comfortable & enjoyable for our family. It did not have ac but that ended up being fine with the ocean breeze & fans. The kitchen was equipped and felt easy to find what we needed. The beds were comfortable & bathrooms felt renovated. Had towels & comfortable furniture. We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, we loved the health food store across street & ventures to kapalua & wailea easily.

Kihei condo

Wonderful location, comfortable, everything we needed! Gorgeous sunset views right off the balcony, amazing beaches right outside the door, and a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our first trip to Maui!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time at this property. Great location, right along the beach. Loved watching the turtles feed from the balcony. Close to shopping, golf, and plenty of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a Relaxing Maui Getaway

We have been to Maui 25+ times over the years and this is now one of our new favorite places to stay. Beautiful views, fantastic location and very nice, updated condo. Barbara was great with communication and every part of the process was smooth. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!

Convenient paradise

Barbara’s Royal Mauian condo was perfect for our family vacation. Unbelievable views in every direction, the ease of walking right down to the beach (and running back up for any forgotten items), the close proximity to Kihei shops and restaurants in walking distance all made for a very easy vacation. The condo itself was very clean and well-stocked both in the kitchen, with linens, and with beach items. We plan to book another stay here if available next year!

Breathtaking

From the moment you walk in you know you’re on Maui, and you know you chose the perfect place to stay! The views, the location, perfect! Whales and views

This condo deserves a 10 . The views are gorgeous , the unit is very clean and comfortable and the kitchen is stocked better than my own . We watched the sunset from the roof top terrace and also used the grills every night . Highly recommend staying here .

Beautiful views, convenient location

We have rented lots of vacation homes and this condo was one of the best stocked we have had! The location was close to all we wanted and easy to get across the island to other activities. Watching the whales off the balcony was a definite bonus. Grills on the rooftop were very clean and well maintained. Thank you for the use of your condo!

Beautiful location

This was our first time to Hawaii and this location did not disappoint!! Peter was great to work with and was very friendly. The condo was very clean and the view is spectacular! The beach chairs, cooler and toys were much appreciated. Very easy walk to the beach. The pool was great and never crowded. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Maui Getaway

Great place to unplug and relax. Centered between two beautiful beaches, plenty of shopping, fantastic views. So many places close by to explore. Very comfortable accommodations, great second room for kids. Perfectly centered sunset views from the lanai, great snorkeling just outside, walking the beaches at night. Lots of great memories. The property was an excellent choice. Every thing worked out fine and we loved the stay in Kihei. Of note, the door was unlocked when we got there. Also, the roof code was incorrect. We adjusted it on the materials in the room.
