Love this place! Had everything we needed, and a good home base for kings canyon and Sequoia NP. The view is amazing and it's so peaceful. We enjoyed the back deck and the grill, and the kitchen was well furnished. Clean and spacious.

The mobile home was very clean with fresh linens ready for us on arrival. The host responded to a message promptly when we had a question. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and dishware, much appreciated! Local grocery store nearby was easy to access.We also found it very convenient that the mobile home had 2 bathrooms and access to washer/dryer. Only a 45 min drive from Sequoia National Park! We wanted to enjoy the bonfire set up but it was a bit too hot even at night. But that is also a nice touch.Only tips would be for the hosts to turn on the window AC units before guests arrive during the hottest time of year.

An absolutely AMAZING stay! The whole experience was beautiful- the house is so clean and well stocked - the views are perfect! What a wonderful time we had!

Great views of the surrounding valley and mountains in the distance. The guest book explains that the owners have their own dogs as well. Well, they are the friendliest dogs ever. Especially after we gave them food and treats.

Quiet, close to Sequoia

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet location. The hosts are responsive and kind, and the property clean. The nearby town is pleasant, with some restaurants and safe areas for the family.

Great little getaway

Clean and cute little place close to both Kings Canyon and Sequoia NP. Made for a great, quiet little getaway. Would definitely use again if we return to Sequoia NP.

Perfect getaway

I absolutely loved it! So stunning house it was so clean they had lots of seasoning they also had a lot of towels and actual shampoo ! was completely perfect ! We loved it definitely will come back

The place is very neat and well organized, a perfect ranch house and you’ll get to meet few horses outside the house. Tim and his partner are very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property for stay…

We loved our stay here. Me and my parents had lots of space to relax in plus enjoy some Netflix in the evenings. We got to pet horses and look out over the olive trees at the mountains. We used the fully stocked kitchen to enjoy meals. Great place!

Wonderful stay ! Thirty minutes from Sequoia National. Very clean and lots of amenities , kitchen well equipped and the town of Woodlake ( one grocery store) nearby. Great communication ! All you need for a relaxing stay !

Comfy scenic mountain overlook

We enjoyed the scenic location near enough to town for a quick trip for groceries. Jessica was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Our pup loved the fenced in yard. The unit had all the necessary amenities and comfy beds. It was a great place to stay!

Great place! Super quiet and peaceful. Well stocked with everything you need. Super clean. The dogs come say hi in the morning. The horses hang out in the pasture next to the home. I especially liked hanging out on the porch with the gas firepit and soaking up the views of the mountains. Would definitely stay again.
