Sunset Rentals | Bluff Villas 1660

1660 Bluff Villas is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo perfectly situated in South Beach Marina. This property features an open concept floor plan, tile and LVP flooring throughout and all new bathrooms.

The living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and guests can spread out with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and a Keurig coffee maker.

The main bedroom has a king bed, dedicated work space. Smart TV and a private en-suite bath. This meticulously renovated bathroom has a large, tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. The guest bedroom features a full bed and a twin bunk bed, a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

*Please note: Guests staying in 1660 Bluff Villas have access to the South Beach Marina Pool. Guests will need to purchase pool passes. Please ask an associate to send you the link to register for pool access.*

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required.

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Sea Pines in Hilton Head that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops and restaurants and top Hilton Head attractions that will please every vacationer. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Service was great and very helpful. Unit however needs some work. Mouldings in both bathrooms show wear and possibel water damage. First bathroom moulding has a very obvious brown water stain.Suggest vacuming under the beds when cleaning. Bent over to look for a slipper and saw considerable dust.Needs a new broom.

Great visit!

This was a last minute, short term rental. Everything went smoothly. We just had to stop by the rental company’s office to get a parking voucher (too late to mail.) The villa was at a great location in the South Beach area—convenient to a restaurant, the beach and bicycle rentals. Inside, the villa was amazing. Clean, newly renovated and comfortable. We would stay here again.

For the most part it was good. We felt it needs a ceiling fan in the master & the other bedroom. We sleep with ours going at home all of the time except during the winter. We even have them in our great room. We did not do any cooking while we were there. That is what the restaurants are for. 🙏😂

Great location, but…

The condo is in a great spot in South Beach… however, the cleanliness of the bathrooms could have been better, and the HVAC in both bedrooms was inadequate. There was very little to no air coming out of the wide open vents in both bedrooms… the air in the kitchen/den area worked fine.

Property is older, very tired looking, should not be advertised as “newly renovated”.

Property is not matched well with cost to stay there. Tired and well used furnishings. Dimly lit and yucky outside hallway. Poorly supplied dish ware, glasses, wine glasses, cooking bowls, cutlery etc. New, thicker bath towels needed! Working tv’s and nice radio/alarm bedroom alarm clocks, old stove/ oven and dishwasher. In general, I will be much more inclined to rent from a private company with higher standards equivalent to the cost to vacation there.
