Decided to take some time off in Hilton Head? Like the sounds of the wind, birds and especially the ocean? Our villa may be just what you need!

Located directly on Hilton Head’s renowned 13 mile beach, the Hilton Head Beach Villa complex consists of only 30 townhouse style condo’s. These are situated in a rough U-shape around a pool, kiddy pool and sun deck on 6 acres of parkland landscape.

Idea for family, multi-family and multi-generation groups, these villas have 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (two en-suite), a large living room/ dining room/ kitchen and, somewhat unusually, another room which can serve as a den for the kids, a fourth bedroom if needed (a configuration we call the Golfers floor plan!) or, if you really cannot afford to be disconnected from the world, as an office. The Villa has high-speed wired and wireless internet connectivity (bring a printer if you will need one.) The floor plan is split over three levels with master bedrooms on the top and lower floors giving a sense of space even in multi- family groups.

Our Villa is an end unit at the back of the U with exceptional shade and privacy all day long. Back to the sounds of the beach… This villa has retained the original design where on both ocean-facing levels there are four sliding doors across the full length of the unit which open onto a balcony from the living room level and a patio from the ground level. All the rooms have overhead fans.

With the usual sea breezes, on all but the hottest days you might not need to cut yourself off from that 'at the beach' feeling with air-conditioning. However we have installed an oversized air-conditioning unit to keep the unit comfortable on even the hottest days.

Our agent, Vacation Time of Hilton Head, is conveniently located across the street from Beach Villas where you will check in for your stay, obtain keys, and receive other helpful information, such as discounted golf on and off Island.

Popular Coligny Plaza with it’s many shops, a grocery store, restaurants and a movie theater is a short drive or bike ride away. There are Bike rental companies across the street from the complex. Miles of the most beautiful hard-packed sand beach await you!

We provide kitchen/bath towels, bed linens and starter packages of detergents, bath soap and paper products. (Please bring your own beach towels.) There is private parking for two cars at the villa.
