The great room features soaring ceilings and strong natural lighting, with an open-concept floor plan connecting the kitchen and dining areas for seamless group gatherings. A plush sectional and armchairs are ready to welcome casual gatherings in the living area, while eight smart TVs equipped throughout the home offer flexible entertainment for the whole group. The kitchen presents painless home meal prep, with features including a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus plenty of cookware and serving utensils. As an added perk, there's an upstairs bonus room furnished with a futon which makes it a great option as a kids' entertainment room or as an additional sleeping space. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer, while provided beach chairs add convenience to your beach adventures.

The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2025 is $90 plus a charge for payment online of $2.70.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
