A newly renovated cabin located on 7 private acres. Escape to the beauty of the Catskills at our chic mountain retreat. Our spacious house is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful getaway in the heart of nature. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while breathing in the fresh mountain air or take a 5 minute ride to chase adventures at the famous Belleayre Ski Resort. Our house is the perfect base for your Catskill adventure!

The house features a rustic-chic design with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings to ensure a comfortable stay. Inside, you'll find a bright and open living area with a fireplace and large windows that offer panoramic views. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary cookware and utensils you need to cook up a delicious meal and a spacious dining area with seating for 10. The 4 bedrooms each offer comfortable beds and fresh linens to comfortably accommodate 10 guests (only 8 adults). A fully equipped office space with high speed internet is available for all our remote workers!

Step outside on the large deck and take in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains from a 6-person hot tub. A charcoal grill is available for grilling and a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and telling stories under the stars.

A True Gem!!

My friends and I loved this property. It is truly beautifully decorated and has so many perks including a fireplace, deck, hot tub, mountain view. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with very high end knives, pans, cutting boards. The host was also very helpful and gave us recommendations in the area. We made a lot of memories here. Excited to go back!

Fabulous property

We were 2 families who come up to ski at Belleayre together every year, 4 adults and 4 teenage boys. This house was perfect! Gorgeously decorated and spotlessly clean. Open living areas make hanging out together great and all the beds and bedrooms were super comfortable. Bathrooms are great and the view over the valley out back is gorgeous! We had some issues with the hot tub and the owner had someone over to fix asap. Communication was easy, friendly and quick. I’ve stayed at probably 20 different rentals in the fleischmanns area and this was tops!
