Great weekend spot

The place was exactly as advertised. It's small but perfect for my family of 3. Location was great too, quiet and close to just about everything....

Perfect getaway and perfect Cabin!

Our stay was during a very busy weekend and Todd made sure he came and said hello and was extremely accommodating. The cabin was great it was very clean and had everything we needed! Beds were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with coffee & freezer with ice trays which was great! Will absolutely stay again!

Cozy end of season stay

Very cute cozy and comfortable spot! Close to Lane George but also secluded enough to enjoy! We stayed for Columbus day weekend and it was definitely the end of the season. The pool area looked fun and welcoming but was closed already (which is ok it was too cold anyways). We were one of few people on the property and felt like it was very dark and not maintained but with our flashlights we were fine. The cabin was clean comfy and cozy we popped the breaker a few times turning heaters on but once we figured out what could and couldn't be tuned on together it was fine. The game room is awesome and great especially for after dinner time with a kiddo! Thanks for having a safe clean and fun space for us to hang out on property. Would definitely stay again!

Hi Emily we really appreciate that you came to stay with us. We just wanted to clarify some of the things you commented on for the potential future guest. Emily attended late in the season when the remainder of the hotel is closed and only a few of our cabins are open in addition to our year-round operation which is in the next section of the property. We left these two cabinets numbers 20 and 21 open a little bit later so that people could take advantage of the leaf season. The comment that the property is not maintained may have been a mistake in wording, because it certainly is! I think what Emily was responding to is that with the other units not open it would be a little bit less Lively and darker than it would be during Memorial Day Too Late September during our peak season. I just wanted to let everybody know the property is very well maintained and generally is much more lively. We also have a year-round section that just happens to be in a different area of our five acre grounds. In addition, because this is a summer cabin they had to use electric heaters which has everyone probably has experience in their own house sometimes do trip the breakers. A summer stay here would not have the similar concern. We were so glad to be able to extend our season a little bit this year because it was warmer than usual. Our pool is open from Memorial day until the weekend after Labor day. Here in the North Country it gets cold quickly and the leaves fall so fast you can't keep them out of the water! Thanks very much again to our valued guests and we look forward hosting her again sometime. Best, Todd and Leigh
