This home was beautiful and very functional for our party of 8. We had 3 very little problems but they were addressed promptly. Wonderful communication with the property managers! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

The house is just wonderful! So spacious and decorated beautifully. The pool area is very relaxing and private. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need & then some! A good quiet neighborhood & not far from shops, eateries, or the theme parks. Our host Adrian replied quickly with any questions I had, much to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend the property!

Great location for the annual Russ Matt Baseball Spring Break tournaments. Host was extremely communicative and helpful. Property was clean and exactly how it was listed. Wish we had more time to enjoy actually being in the home but would recommend for anyone looking to be close to all things Orlando has to offer! Great stay!

Our family had a great stay at The Haven. Adrian was a great host who communicated well with accurate information. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The pool and spa were clean as well and we really enjoyed them both. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware and more. The house was plenty big enough for our family. Thanks for a wonderful experience

Our stay was amazing, the host had great communication with me. On arrival we accessed the property with ease using the information provided before getting there. The home was absolutely beautiful, and we all had a great time. There was nine of us for the stay, with plenty of space for all of us. The pool was a tad cold when we arrived, but after contacting the host, we had it heated within a day. The home was in good distances from the theme park attractions which suited us greatly. Definitely a 5, would recommend to others. We look forward to being able to stay again. Many thanks to the host

House was great! We would stay here again! Only downfall is the grill was additional $10/day and was so dirty when we used it the whole pool area filled with black smoke.

Nice home away from home in quiet gated community. Great location close to grocery stores, restaurants & convenient to Theme Parks. The home is roomy with nice layout & the pool was wonderful. The owner Adrian was friendly & quick to respond to messages. We recommend this home to family/friends looking for a nice place to stay for vacation.

Amazing Property

Amazing property! Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Florida. Plenty of room for the whole family where everyone had their own space. Great location to visit all parks from Disney to Legoland to SeaWorld. If youre looking for a house near Orlando i highly recommend.

Overall it was a very nice stay for us. Family of 8, 5 adults and 3 children. Room for 2 cars in the driveway. It was plenty big enough for us all to have our own space and bathrooms. We checked in easily, had great communication from the host, and all our questions answered in a timely manner. House felt safe and secure. We all felt the pool was very clean and we all enjoyed it so much! Plenty of linens for our big family for a long stay. Only issues were we felt the house could have used a deep cleaning before our stay, small toilet leak in one bathroom, and some lights were flickering a bit during our trip. Host was notified and offered to come fix right away, but we didn't feel the need for them to be fixed during our stay, so it really wasn't a big deal. Otherwise we loved the house and layout and it worked well for our 12 day trip!

House was IMMACULATE!! All of the house was cared for and extremely clean!!! The host was great communicating and answering my questions, and so accommodating. The home was such a huge part of our happy vacation and so well appointed. Dishes, cups, silverware, pots and pans…. We’re all excellent. They didn’t miss a thing. Temperatures got very cool while we were there and the heated pool was VERY NECESSARY!!

Davenport Home

Home was beautiful and as described. We had a wonderful stay there and was close to everything we needed. Had a minor issue, called the owners who arrived at the house in less than half an hour and resolved it quickly. Couldn't ask for better service for a rental house, and I've rented many. Would definitely return there in the future. No worries when you rent this home.

Family vacation

Great house plenty of room for a family of 6 each kid had their own room which was great. We spent most of our vacation at universal studios. Coming back each evening to a pool and hot tub to relax in after walking all day in the heat was a great way to unwind. I personally enjoyed having my coffee every morning sitting outside at the table by the pool. The privacy hedges were nice. We've rented a few houses over years this house felt the most like being at our home

An Extremely Amazing House !

To start , I was supposed to stay from May 12-18 and I ended up staying until May 30th 😀! The house is extremely stunning. Extremely clean, and super comfortable.. The communication with Adrian was the best! The pool, spa , and games were a 100/10… If i could give this house 20 stars I would!!! Definitely will be coming back soon!! I wish I could exchange my house for this one 😝
