Casa Creek is a paradise escape from city life! The house is exquisitely appointed and the property’s grounds are like a nature sanctuary. Felt like a wonderful retreat! Thank you to Veronica for making it so lovely!

This location was lovely and close to family we were visiting. Everything was set up perfectly for our comfort. Very clean and everything was well organized. My daughter loved caring for the chickens.

Veronica’s home is in a very picturesque area of the Northern Catskills, which was centrally located to our touristic activities. We spent time in Cooperstown for the MLB Hall of Fame, explored the historical highlights of the Hudson River Valley, as well as local hikes at Kaaterskill Falls and Minekill Park. Besides the big points of interest, we really enjoyed the picturesque drives and the ambiance of the many small towns that we saw along the way as well. Veronica's house was a very comfortable base for our days of exploring. We could make meals in the well appointed kitchen, relax in the living room with books, games & tv, and get some great nights of sleep in a cozy bed to be recharged for another day of adventures. The outdoor spaces next to the creek were very inviting with a fire pit, hammock & night lights - a must to fully enjoy the rural location. Veronica was easy to reach by message with questions and made us feel welcome during our stay. We would happily stay here again the next time we are back to visit the Catskills!

Great weekend getaway

Veronicas house was perfect in all aspects! Great communication all throughout our visit and the kids loved feeding the chickens every morning. House was spotless well appointed and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed sledding behind the barn on the small hill. Will definitely be back.

Why they chose this property

After living in NYC our entire lives. We were attracted to the quiet and privacy of this property, not to mention the creek. There is nothing like sitting near the creek to have a cup of coffee and bird watch. We have creek access that runs along the entire length of our land. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin on 5 acres of land.

What makes this property unique

We have a fire pit near the creek. We have three chickens that you can help take care of during your stay. The girls are very self sufficient and you would be collecting and enjoying fresh eggs during your stay.
