Lovely restored home in a fun neighborhood! Very clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the market around the corner as we cooked some of our own meals and also enjoyed drinks at Revival!

Property is great. Was traveling with friends so it wasn’t as much of a concern, however had I had my family with me the lack of dead bolt on exterior back doors and lack of formal lock on the door between the rental property and the 3rd floor apartment would have been a problem. They have locks, but are only the handle lock you see on interior doors.

We had six couples travel to Denver from Alabama for my 40th birthday. We all stayed in this house and it was absolutely amazing. The location was fantastic. We loved sitting on the front porch. We made the short walk down to Ace Eat Serve for dinner and ping-pong. We took a short Uber ride to Union Station, 16th St. Mall, and walked downtown LoDo. Then we had a party bus pick us up for a beautiful drive to RED ROCKS for a concert. The house was clean, equipped, and super easy to navigate from. I would highly recommend.

Good place to stay for a group

Very nice place with easy access to downtown Denver if you like to walk anyways. The restaurants nearby are good too (especially revival!). I'd definitely stay again.

This was a gorgeous home with lots of comfortable rooms and central to pretty much everything in Denver. Check in was extremely easy, and the rooms were exactly as shown/described. Adorable, clean, beautiful home.
