Overall a wonderful stay. The property was clean and the location was great. The hosts were excellent as well. A gift basket was provided at arrival as well as plenty of communication prior to and during the stay to make sure we were comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again.

Overall, this unit met our needs. Kitchen was well-stocked with linens and supplies. We enjoyed using the boogies boards, wagons, sand toys, etc. conveniently located to south shore beaches and Old Koloa Town. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed using the pool and fitness area at the club. The only challenges we encountered were that it took the AC quite a while to cool off the unit (at least 24 hours) and we had continued problems with ants in the kitchen even with all food put away.

Mahalo for your thoughtful review and for highlighting the condo's location, amenities, and the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. We appreciate you bringing the A/C and pest concerns to our attention. Since your stay, we have continued our regular professional pest control program and our maintenance team monitors the home closely. We have also inspected the air conditioning system to ensure it is operating properly. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Kauai again soon.

Host was welcoming and organized. We were disappointed in the property. We chose this property due to the high ratings but it does not live up to the 10/10 ratings.

Aloha, and mahalo for your feedback. We’re very glad to hear you found our team welcoming and organized — we work hard to provide a smooth experience from start to finish. We’re truly sorry to hear the property did not meet your expectations. Because no concerns were reported to our team during your stay, we weren’t aware anything was wrong and didn’t have the opportunity to address it in real time. We take guest feedback seriously and will be reviewing the home carefully to see what improvements may be needed. Mahalo again for staying with us.

Wonderful stay with my family

We had a wonderful stay here. It had air conditioners which means you can keep your windows closed at night and not hear roosters. Also we really enjoyed the pool. It was better than it looks in the picture.

Perfect Poipu apartment

Lovely high ceilinged apartment with loft in close proximity to town and beaches. Easy walking into town or a short drive to other beaches. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Having access to club pool and other facilities was a great bonus. This is one of the nicest in Poipu and even within Waikomo Stream Villas!
