I’ve stayed at this property before, but in a different unit. It’s a former hotel. The place is very clean, comfortable, well-appointed and a great location. Would highly recommend anyone staying near Fruita put this location at the top of your list. Bonus if you’re a pet and/or bike person.

Apartment was as lovely as advertised. AC kept us cool in unseasonably hot weather. Very much appreciated the laundry and the detergent pods hostess left us. Easy access. Would have enjoyed exploring the town if we’d had time.

There is a dog in the apartment that you can hear walking around all night. This is not great if you are a light sleeper like my wife.

It was a great location just off the main street of Fruita, a short walk to cafes, restaurants and brewpubs. Also liked the short drive to Colorado National Monument and Devil's canyon. The space was bigger than expected and nicely appointed.

Very nice and clean. Slight odor that we got used to but it may be due to the age of the building or something..
