Breathtaking views and amazing sunsets from this beautiful condo located on the fifth floor at Phoenix IV. Condo is conveniently located within steps of the elevator. Go between the pool and the beach, enjoy cooking dinner for friends and family on one of the many grills provided.
Our condo is fully stocked with everything you need for your vacation. Large flatscreen television in living room, queen sized sleeper sofa, recliner and plenty of additional seating provided for a total sleeping capacity for eight. Dining table with four chairs and two extra seats at the breakfast bar.
Master bedroom offers king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, beautiful view of the gulf and private balcony access.
Second bedroom has two full sized beds and flat screen television.
Spare bathroom has a tub/shower combination, full sized stackable washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.
Balcony has seating for everyone with gorgeous views. You are sure to enjoy your vacation here.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
