This apartment is a separate space that was built in the above ground basement of our house. You’ll have your own parking area, private entrance, and patio. The apartment includes a spacious living area with full kitchen, dining area, and living room along with a luxury bathroom with walk-in shower. Can comfortably sleep 6 adults.

Accommodations were excellent. The location was central to all of our tournaments. The neighborhood was great for walking our. When we head back to Pinehurst we will definitely book this location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood. It would have been nice to know beforehand that the place was the lower level of the owner's house. It could be noisy in the mornings as it sounded like a toddler and a dog running around staring around 6 am. That didn't bother us as we're used to that kind of noise but not everyone would be okay with it.

A clean, safe, cozy basement apartment perfect for our family of six. The kitchen is well-equipped to simple meals and there was even a zero water filter which we use at home. The only issue I had was the listed price was significantly lower than the per-night rate upon checkout. But it was still a good rate overall for our large family.

We enjoyed our stay. Met our needs. Set up is a little different- the apartment is in the basement but is accessed by parking in front yard. I wasn’t really interested in using the advertised fire pit but felt that it was more in the main house space. Great location. Would rent again.

With 10+ golf courses within a 10 minute driving range and 25+ within a 30 minute driving range, it is the essential location for a golf trip.
