Amazing stay!

Amazing stay at a great home. Frederico was very helpful from start to finish and provided very helpful suggestions for our trip. Can’t recommend this place more highly. 5 stars!

Great place, centrally located!

Owned by a local hotel so check-in was a bit odd having to go the hotel office, but the place is amazing. Great location, clean, and as advertised. One of the bunk rooms is sort of outside and while it has AC it was buggy. Fortunately we didn’t have to use that room.

Disappointed

Property needs serious upgrades and attention to maintenance. Upon arrival, house had an unpleasant smell. Bathroom sinks and shower drainage very very slow. Faucets broken, missing stoppers in bathroom sinks, discolored curtains, bathroom mirror not functional, can’t see your reflection properly. Property is dirty. Had to clean bathroom, buy and replace shower curtain due to being old and dirty. Cabinet handles missing. Some TVs do not work. Some light fixtures do not work. Outdoor space is dirty with ladders and hoses lying around. Not all ACs have remotes. Property location is perfect, has GREAT potential if properly maintained and upgraded. Not worth the money. Before moving to Puerto Rico we lived in New York City where Carmen sang and studied in Julliard School of Music and Federico studied in Columbia University and worked for UBS Investment Bank. As of know we own and operate a Tele Medicine and Software Development Company in Puerto Rico and love spending time with our daughter, Catalina our 10 year old daughter and baby Fede our 2 month old. We are foodies and travel enthusiasts. We also enjoy classical music and breezy jazz nights.
