A charming cape-style home in beautiful Midcoast Maine. 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms. Lots of natural light in spacious living areas. Freshly renovated and painted, with wood floors and brick fireplace. Sweet, cozy bedrooms with comfy new mattresses and linens (1 Queen, 1 Full). Plenty of closet space. Fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need if you love to cook. Strong wifi great for streaming, plus big-screen Roku TV in the den, and a cute office if you need to do some work from home.

Large windows and French doors overlooking a fully-fenced private back yard, perennial gardens, and a sunny, spacious, wrap-around deck with table, Adirondack chairs, and a brand-new grill. Porch lights on automatic timers and motion sensor lights on back deck. This peaceful two acre property includes lawn and landscaped areas, but also wooded natural beauty with lake and creek accessible by paths from the back yard. Great bird-watching and star-gazing!

Tons of outdoor activities nearby, including walkable access to miles of hiking trails which in winter are great for snow-shoeing or cross-country skiing. Only 3 miles to Lincolnville Beach. There are several nearby State Parks, and Acadia National Park is about an hour away.

The home is only 15 minutes away from Camden or Belfast, two of Midcoast Maines loveliest seaside towns with plenty of excellent dining options and grocery stores.
