Located within 2 miles of Rehoboth & Dewey Beach, bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 3 bedroom loft style condo sleeps up to 8. Featuring 2 full baths with shower tubs and one powder room, two bedrooms with king sized beds and the kid friendly loft area. There is plenty of space for friends and family and/or multi family vacations. Enjoy access to the community pool located just steps outside of the building. Pool is open Memorial day to Labor Day. Condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access.

Enjoyable stay

This condo was very clean upon arrival and close to everything. The pool was very nice. Kelly answered any questions quickly and gave us recommendations on beaches. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Vacation

Kelly’s loft was exactly what we needed for our getaway. It was very close to both Rehoboth and Dewey but just enough out of town we got to enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable beds and new appliances. The neighborhood pool was nice to have access to after being on the beach all day. Would definitely stay here next time visiting in town.

Check-in was super simple w the keyless entry. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We had everything that we needed so it felt like being at home. The location was quiet and we had plenty of parking spaces. We enjoyed having coffee on the porch each morning and appetizers in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again.

The Loft

My family of 5 (Parents- 2 kids - grandmother) had a great time staying at the Loft. It was clean and nicely setup for vacation. We enjoyed the closeness of the pool and the responsiveness of the host. I would recommend and stay again.

Perfect getaway

This condo was great for my family! The upstairs loft was perfect for the kids (but it’s not a closed door bedroom) and the downstairs was spacious with a screened in balcony. The house had so many amenities for us and it was a short drive to the beach! Being able to walk to the pool was also a plus!

Rehoboth Beach Getaway

Our family of five felt right at home at this loft-style beach condo! The property is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Location is ideal: slightly apart from the downtown area but adjacent to the main highway into town. The beach and other area attractions are easily accessible by car or bike. The community is friendly and quiet. Highly recommend!!

Great stay even though a total rain out

Even though our entire stay was a way out due to rain and cold weather, the property was comfortable and located in a great location to check out the outlets. Kitchen was well appointed and owner provided a lot of small items that are helpful. For example, I forgot my toothpaste and the owner had a travel size waiting for us ☺️ Highly recommend this location

Girl Cousin Getaway!

This property is perfect for a quick little getaway. We were coming from Cape May County, so a quick Ferry trip to DE was ideal! It's in a great location between Rehoboth and Dewey, and had no problem getting an Uber to get to our destinations. Condo was extremely clean and the owner couldn't have been nicer. Would Definetly recommend.

Perfect family vacation

This place exceeds any hotel you can go to. The place is impeccably clean, with updated finishings and so tastefully decorated, you are immersed in beach vibe, from the hand soaps, coastal air by bath and body works, to the hair shampoo and conditioner! They provided beach chairs, beach toys, towels, bedding. It was a truly memorable vacation and close to the beach. I can’t say enough! Definitely book this little gem.

Very clean, well stocked, nice location and pool,.

The condo is well taken care of and very clean. It would be nice to indicate that it's on the third floor to prepare us grandparents. We enjoyed the Big Fish Restaurant and checked out the Crooked Hammock. Good food at both. We drove to Cape Henlopen Park for a beach day, tide was in so there wasn't much beach and it was crowded, but we found a spot and kids loved the sand and ocean. Kids saw a fox and deer from our windows. Kelly, our host, was very responsive.

Quick Getaway

My daughters and I decided to do a quick girls getaway and we stayed at Kelly's beautiful Loft condo. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. We loved the comfortable beds and how the kitchen was so well stocked (it even had plastic baggies which were perfect to use for the beach and the pool snacks). It was close to the beach and boardwalk! We also loved having the pool so close. We will totally stay with Kelly again. She was very prompt and was an incredible host. You can see how much she cares in all the little touches throughout the property. She answered all questions in a timely manner and we felt so special. Check in and check out were easy and smooth. We can't wait to return again!
