Beautiful place to be with friends. Kitchen and amenities are well stocked. Easy to walk to breweries and Timothy’s! Deers make an appearance in the morning if you’re in the back room of the house. Great stay!
Everything was super clean and nice for our stay! Lots of space for our group and plenty of amenities! Owner responded super fast with any questions I had. Would def stay here again!
Overall enjoyed our stay here. Lovely kitchen/living area which was perfect for hanging out. The hot tub was great, though in full view of the house next door. My one complaint about the house is that it was listed as 4 bedrooms, but is really just 3. The “fourth” is the back room with two couch/beds, huge windows with no curtains, and lights from the house next door streaming in all night long. Beautiful room for sitting during the day, but not what I would consider a bedroom.
Great place to stay! We had 8 adults - plenty of room and beds, comfortable seating for everyone to hang out. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was awesome. Owner was very responsive, check-in & check-out were easy. We had a great time, would absolutely stay here again.
Great stay! Property was ready right on time. Clean, spacious, stocked with kitchen essentials. Me and my girlfriends had a great weekend and definitely recommend for a getaway in Union Pier/New Buffalo!
Nice place, very well stocked, responsive owner. About 3/4 mile to beach straight down Townline. We would come back.

Bed Bugs
We got Bed Bugs and when we tried to contact the owner with the information as well as photos we didn’t get any feed back.
There is no resolution process either through the homeowner or VRBO so we won’t be using either again and I will share the experience with everyone I can.
Wow!! The proerty is amazing!! 5 women, ages 60 to 91 stayed here for a long weekend full of fun!! The house has everything you need. Its setbup perfectly and tye open space makes it greatvto all hang out together. Tim was wonderful to work with. Any time i reached out to him, he got back to me right away. The location is perfect for visiting local wineries and various beach towns. We ate at great restaurants, had ice cream and watched the amazing sunsets each night on the beach. Having a hot tub was great after a day of walking around. I've already told many friends that they should book this place! My aunt and cousins live out of state and they fell i. Love with Michigan and with your beautiful home. Thanks for sharing it with us! I will definitely return.
