Our boutique lodging offers 15 rooms with an ensuite bath, kitchenette, Wifi, Smart TV, Bluetooth locks, tech enable boarding pass for verifications and security hold, as well as for customizations and add on’s, access to local services. Enjoy downtown Newburyport shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Important notes: Guest laundry is not available. The on-site washer and dryer are reserved for the housekeeping team only. Parking is limited and offered first-come, first-served (no guaranteed parking).
