Cedar Lodge | Mountain View, EV Charger, Ping Pong

Experience a relaxing stay at Mt. Washington in this newer mountainside home, built just a few years ago. Designed for comfort and flexibility, it features two self-contained suites across multiple levels—perfect for families or groups who want to stay together but have space to spread out.

There are 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds, 1 double Murphy bed, and 2 twins) and 4 full bathrooms, including two ensuites. The second-floor primary bedroom includes both a queen bed and a double Murphy bed for added flexibility. Each level includes a full kitchen, large sectional couch, and 65” smart TV. Upstairs, the sun deck offers beautiful, unobstructed views of Strathcona Park. Downstairs, enjoy a brand new ping pong table.

Dogs are welcome (sorry, no other pets). A crate, bed, and bowls are provided. Please crate your dog when you’re out, and note that guests are responsible for any damage.

The double garage provides secure storage for bikes, skis, or snowboards, and includes both Level 2 (240V) and 120V EV charging outlets—just bring your own cable.

The place was very clean. Access to the ski hill still required driving both for downhill and cross country. View was great. Wish we could have figured out how to turn down the heat but the host was very responsive and a good communicator.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located close to the mountain—huge win. The teens were in heaven with the ping pong table, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling on top of each other.The host was quick to respond to any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We were a little surprised there wasn’t a fireplace (mountain vibes were this close to perfection), but it definitely didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent experience.We loved it so much that we’re already planning to make this an annual trip. Highly recommend!

Really clean, well maintained house. Ample parking ( we had 3 vehicles) well stocked with all you will need for your stay. Close to hiking trails. Good communication with host, able to resolve checkin issue over the phone which was reassuring. Altogether a great stay.

Great Stay!

A great space for family with many members of various ages. Spacious and clean, different floor levels offer members an area to gather, or an area to have some quiet time. Minutes away from the ski / tubing mountain, perfect for our outdoor snow adventure. Would definitely go back to this house next year for more fun!

Great summer stay!

This was a great spot for our family to enjoy a summer weekend, made easy access for all the things Comox/Courtenay had to offer. Very new space, was nice to rent both units to fit our families. Loved the detailed guide we received with all the info we needed, and Chris was quick to respond and regularly checked in to ensure we didn’t need anything. Would recommend!

Great Mountain Stay

Wonderful spot on the mountain. Loved the option of using individual suites or renting the whole house. Thank you for being pet friendly. The stairs, however, are very slippery for senior dogs. We had to carry our old girl up and down, might be a challenge for other older pups.
