Host was very responsive. Cabin is outdated but cozy. Cabin needs house numbers to help identify location. The pool was closed due to storms that had hit earlier that week so we didn’t get to use it. The hot tub had dirt on the inside. Beds were super comfortable.

Cabin was not bad, does need major cleaning, spider web and spiders everything in the cabin, the front deck you will have to fight your way thru the cob webs, hot tub lights do not work and where it is, you have to watch the stuff falling off the roof into the hot tub. The deck is being eaten away from ants, Took a shower the first day there and 2 BIG spiders were in the corner of the shower, Parking! If you have a full size SUV, it's very hard to get turned around in the drive,(you can not back up because if the steep drive)There was enough table wear, and kitchen utensils, Over all, I would give this cabin a 6 out of 10

Well to start with it was hard to find- no cabin number on the property at all. The driveway was overgrown with vines and the whole property was that way- very messy out side- the deck with rockers was filthy with cobwebs everywhere & leaves all over the deck- was not enjoyable to sit out. Outside of property was not maintained at all. Once we were inside- the air wasn’t working it was 87 degrees on a 102 day- we thought it would cool off while we were gone to dinner but it did not. Called Amanda who was very nice and accommodating- she call a repair man that was there within the hour. Air was fixed immediately. By about midnight it was comfortable in there. The inside of the cabin was very clean and beautiful. The rest of the weekend was great. I feel if there is a maintenance crew that Amanda pays to maintain her cabin- she needs to rethink that because she is getting ripped off with the outside maintenance of her property. Gas grill only had one burner that worked. Just a lot of outside issues. Beautiful cabin but bad curb appeal. All the other cabins in the area were well manicured and beautiful on the grounds the big bear by the brook was not. Very disappointed on the outside. No way could we sit on the upper deck because it was nasty. Would we stay there again- no, but not because of the owner Amanda but because of the maintenance of the outside.

Great place, great location

We came up to the Smokies with my family recently and enjoyed our stay here. My kids really loved the arcade system upstairs (OK, I did too). The place was in a good location, close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Overall, we had a great time!

Amazing location

Perfect spot for getting into town quickly or getting on the bypass to the park. Small note, but driveway / parking area is tight, so extra large or multiple vehicles may be difficult.
