Great gem in Church Hill North

We had a lovely stay Thanksgiving week. The house was cozy, had all the amenities and was ideally located for touring sites in Richmond and the surrounding area. Lots of great neighborhood restaurants in nearby Church Hill were also a plus.

Perfect Getaway!

This VRBO is beautiful and so well accomadating! The spaces are a wonderful size and look brand new. The cozy backyard is perfect for hanging out after touring the town. We HIGHLY recommend the Urban Tropical Getaway for your next VRBO!! RVA VRBO!

Fantastic Getaway in Richmond

We just spent a long weekend here and had an amazing time. Super convenient to restaurants, parks and other attractions, combined with great space to relax (indoors and outdoors) and zero parking headaches. House was extremely clean and had everything we needed, and Kate couldn't have been more responsive.

Best getaway property ever!

Just pack your bags and open the door to this special home! The decor is fresh, plenty of space for quiet time, kitchen is made for creating and backyard is tranquil and inviting! Kate thought of all the little things that make a little vacation a TRUE vacation. We are looking forward to our third visit!!!

A perfect weekend getaway

This property is even better than it sounds! It was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Every home amenity you could need for a weekend or long-term stay, including a cozy backyard and private parking. We felt safe and it was a perfect distance from everywhere we had to be in Richmond. Kate was a great host with excellent communication and offered an easy check-in/out! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay

Booked Kate’s place for a small rehearsal dinner for my wedding. Kate went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our special day. The house is large and can comfortably fit a family. The backyard was our favorite part - lots of seating, fire pit, very cute! Highly recommend!

Oasis in the city!

What a wonderful home! It's spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for a friends getaway! Parking is plentiful, skylights in bathrooms are very cool, kitchen had all we needed to stay in and create memorable meals. All we had to do was show up, brought nothing but food. The backyard was a welcome respite from our daily routine. We spent an entire day lounging in the sun, then playing cards on the covered back porch. We hope that owner, Kate, continues to offer her home for rent, we will definitely be back soon! Oh, and communication with Kate was spot on, she responded within seconds!
