Full access to main house NOT Apartment unit on the east side of house. You have your own private driveway and the unattached apartment unit has it’s own private driveway and entrance.
Apartment entrance is the east side of the home with the WELCOME sign on the fence. Backyard is completely fenced with a 6ft fence which separates the two, apartment, and home. You have your own backyard.

Also, please note the Apartment tenant will have to throw their trash in the same trash respectable as the house tenants which the bins are located on the west side of the house outside of the fence for easy access for both tenants.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
$100 fee if maintenance needs toGather your trash, follow pick up schedule take out the night before pick up days are Mondays and Thursdays
Leave AC on 72° turn off all lights except for porch set alarm to away mode. Please make sure door is locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash schedule Monday's and Thursday's any trash left behind there will be a $100 fee take to the front of the driveway night before to not miss
NO climbing on the bunk beds only if they are sleeping on top Use at your own discretion
$400 extra fee for deep cleaning if deemed necessary if home is left in extremely poor condition, whether from yourselves, or your pet.

My experience here was amazing! The place is gorgeous omg! We loved everything from the patio to the outdoor area. So perfect for our fantasy fest trip, all my guest loved their rooms. I would highly recommend this place and will absolutely visit again.

Great place, clean and well cared for. Stocked with everything we needed. It was not cluttered, counters and dresser tops had minimal decorations, but what they was, was in good taste. Bedding was comfortable and of very good quality. The neighborhood was quite. We would be happy to stay there again

We all thoroughly loved our stay at Jennifer's rental in Homestead! The house is beautifully set up to suit just about everyone of any age. We especially loved the living room set up where could all enjoy time just relaxing and watching movies. Jennifer is a great communicator for any questions we had & she resolved them quickly. We all agree that when were in the area again, we will not hesitate to book her hiuse again!

Perfect getaway home

This house was perfect! It was just as advertised. Everything was provided (linens, small appliances, dishes, soaps, etc.). It was very clean and cozy, in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood. It's located just blocks from a main road. This was my first time using Vrbo and I had a lot of questions. Jennifer was very patient and super accessible.

Good headquarters for Everglades area activities

We enjoyed the home March 16-20, 2024...Home is clean, spacious, and well equipped. It was a good location for our drive-to activities: Shark Valley Everglades tour (bike and tram-good), a private "Sail, Paddle & Snorkle" tour of Biscayne Bay National Park (great) and a private tour at the alligator farm (double great). Everything in the house worked! No glitches.

Family wedding nearby.. perfect location!

The perfect spot for us in homestead! Slept all 7 of us comfortably, with room to spare because we are used to bunking up. Four full bedrooms + a pull out couch.. a dream! Kitchen is great, and open space for Littles to toddle.. backyard is so fun, and the kids really enjoyed the foosball table, and basketball shooting game! We’d never been to this area before but really enjoyed it! So close to everything you’d want or need to do.. highly recommend everyone check out homestead bay state park! It was so fun!!!!!!! We will be back!

Nice place and easy access to the Everglades

The place was clean and had lots of space. We loved sitting in the back yard in the morning listening to the birds. The beds were a little more firm than we like but that’s just us. Jennifer was very helpful with giving us ideas on what to do and see. It would have been nice to have a few more mixing bowls. We purchased some steaks to put on the grill only to discover that both propane tanks were empty. That was very disappointing. There was only salt and pepper in the cabinet. A few more spices would have been nice. So this was a nice place but a little more attention to some details would make it even better.
