This location was unbeatable for football games. The house is nice and maintained for rentals. The only issue was that it was not thoroughly cleaned- the fridge had a gross spill on the top shelf and the bathroom fan couldn’t be turned on due to so much accumulated dust. Other issues included, one air mattress was missing a pump and the one we did have didn’t fully inflate the mattress. We had to redo it each day. The smoke alarms aren’t mounted, they sit in closets which isn’t proper safety code; one was beeping and the suggestion was to take batteries out which is terribilying as a healthcare professional. These combined played into a lower rating. That said, the communication and value were great and we would rent again.
