Wooded Kennebunkport Getaway
Welcome to your wooded Kennebunkport escape! This charming and airy 2-bed, 1 bath home sites on a 2-acre wooded lot. The first floor comprises an open living and dining space with a vaulted ceiling. Full kitchen with plenty of space for prep and entertaining (oven, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee maker). The first floor bedroom has a Queen Size bed. Upstairs the master bedroom has plenty of natural light, and a King Size bed. Full bathroom tastefully updated with shower/bathtub. Linens and towels are provided, along with washer/dryer. There is a SONOS Wi-Fi Speaker system in every room, an LG OLED Smart TV, and Dolby ATMOS Surround Sound for those nights in by the propane fireplace.
Outside you'll find plenty of space to enjoy the great Maine outdoors! Deck is furnished with dining table and chairs for the home and guests, and a Weber Grill. Lounge by the fire pit on LL Bean Adirondack chairs. Large yard includes LL Bean Hammock and room for lawn games. Plenty of parking.
This property is conveniently located 1 mile to Cape Porpoise shops and restaurants, 2 miles to Dock Square and all town has to offer, with a short 5 mile ride to Goose Rocks Beach.
To allow for appropriate housekeeping, we request a 3 night minimum.

Why they chose this property
We bought this property in the summer of 2021, desperately needing an escape from Boston. Marc is originally from Portland ME and Joe spent his summers growing up on MDI. Kennebunkport has been such a welcoming community since we arrived, and we're glad we can share it with you!
Over the next few years, we hope to continually improve the property to make it more friendly, comfortable, and relaxing. We've taken great strides just in the last few years, and hope to continue this exciting journey!
