The popular Cabana, BBQ's, and Lanai tables are perfect for dining gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world. Renovated Kitchen and bathroom, the Bathroom features a large walk in shower! Washer & Dryer access at the complex in Community Laundry room, but not inside the unit itself.

Great Stay at Casa De Emdeko 230

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience with Knutson and Associates. Complex was VERY secure, very clean and beautifully landscaped. Condo was just as described and clean. Well stocked with beach items. Check in and out was well documented. Complex residents were very nice and accommodating. When we come back to Hawaii Island we'll stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a place with an ocean view and AC! Both were great and so much more. We listened to the birds as we sat on the deck each morning with the beautiful landscape and ocean views. The pools were nice and clean. The ocean front lounge chairs were great for reading and listening to the ocean. The owner of this unit was SO gracious providing foils, pool noodles, spices, cooler bag. The bed was comfortable and shower head was great. The mgt company provided very accurate information and were responsive. We couldn't have asked for more!

Our Stay at the Casa

The condo was roomy and met our needs. It was a short drive to downtown and a good launching pad for exploring the Island. The kitchen provided all the amenities we needed. It was nice to barbecue while overlooking the ocean and eating in the outdoor patio area.
