About this property

215 Cedar Street Unit 4 Rose Garden - Lewes Beach

This sweet Lewes Beach condo is steps to the beach and walking distance to town! No need to pack linens & towels or beach essentials, we've got that covered! The main level features a well equipped kitchen, a comfy living area and a powder room. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms & a full bath. You'll also find cozy outdoor living spaces - a balcony off of the primary bedroom, and a rear deck complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach.

There are 2 designated spaces to park right in front of the condo - you can leave your car and walk to the beach or town! The condo is one block to the beach access. Town is approximately 1/2 mile away, ferry terminal approx. 1 mile away, Cape Henelopen State Park approx. 3 miles away.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has 3 singles. There is also a fold up cot available and a sofa bed in the living room. We provide quality linens and towels - leave those at home and start enjoying your visit as soon as you arrive! Also included are beach essentials - 4 fluffy beach towels, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a wagon. A starter supply of detergent, paper towels, TP, trash bags, etc. is also provided.

A keypad code will be given prior to check in. You will have the entire interior row/townhome style condo to yourself !

Amazing location, amazing hosts

This location was perfect! Easy walk to beach and nice walk into town. The hosts were good communicators and generous. The kitchen and bathroom very clean. My kids loved the snack/coffee basket- nice touch :) Thanks for a lovely family getaway.

Great location and very clean

The location is perfect - a block from the beach and you can walk to the fisherman’s wharf and all the restaurants. I thought the place looked better in person than even the pictures. The place is very clean and orderly. There was beach stuff that we used and the room with 3 twin beds was perfect for our kids! We highly recommend!

Sept beach holiday

Lovely decor, great access to beach, nice walk to town, would have liked 2nd TV on 2nd floor espec, since Sept brings early sunsets and we don't drink, do puzzles. Deck, beach equip. shower very handy. Noted Delaware drivers very polite.

Quaint quiet location

Enjoyed our stay. Close walking distance to some shops, the pier and bayside beach. Quieter beach with just the same water except no large waves! Loved being able to park our beach chairs at the edge of the water and enjoy a slight current, be in the sun and stay cool. Condo was laid out nicely with a private back fenced in deck with chairs. Able to use the outside shower comfortably even with neighbors and windows! Able to stock up on essentials from a local market. Overall enjoyable stay in a clean home !

Stewart Stay in Lewes

Hi Stephanie - Everything was great at your place. Only problem was that one support for the upper towel bar in the upstairs bath came off. We would have fixed it but didn't have a screwdriver. Oh, I just remembered - I moved the floor lamp into the kitchen (husband works remotely) and didn't put it back in the living room. Sorry!! Thanks for the water, the treats and especially the coffee. We do love Lewes and hope to be fellow residents before the end of this year. Best to you and your family for a healthy and peaceful 2024! Nancy Stewart
