Great water depth - swim, float, feed the geese & fish, & enjoy nature.

We loved our almost week long stay at Cathy’s home. We loved sitting outside and looking at the water. The lake was busy with boaters on the weekend and then very quiet during the week. We loved seeing deer passing through the back yard and on the street when we were walking our dog. Cathy was a wonderful host who answered questions promptly and let us pick tomatoes from her little garden patch for our salads. Very well stocked kitchen if you’re eating in. We would definitely stay again.

We had a good time overall. Cathy was prompt to respond and very helpful. Lake Sinclair is too muddy to swim but we enjoyed the kayaking.

We enjoyed our stay here at the lake. It’s on the main run of the lake and close to the end so it isn’t as busy as other areas of the lake but convenient to Milledgeville and a public boat ramp and store. House was clean and spacious and has a nice boat house and dock as well. We used the kayaks provided to enjoy part of the lake as well. Definitely would recommend staying here.

My wife really enjoyed our recent stay on Lake Saint Claire. Cathy, our host was a great communicator, ensuring we had all the information we needed for our stay. The rental was very cleaned and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the access to the lake and fishing. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing get away, and our stay was just that. Its the time of year when acorns are falling, so we had to get use to the sound of them hitting the tin roof, but it was not a major distraction. All in all we loved our time away, and look forward to returning for another stay.

It is a nice clean beautiful waterfront property. We did Thanksgiving there with our family. The host is very accommodating and the kitchen has anything u need to cook. Very quite and peaceful.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great and we had everything we needed. The owner was so nice and very responsive. We were easily able to visit the university in Milledgeville and enjoy time on the lake. Boat launch was close by. Would definitely stay again!

Lake Weekend

The house was very cozy, and the property was very well maintained. We had everything we needed in the house for preparing meals. The weather was uncooperative, but we enjoyed sitting on the porch and enjoying the lake view regardless of the weather. The view of the lake was so beautiful! Cathy was a very accommodating hostess for our stay and was great to communicate with. We had a very good weekend!

Just what we were looking for

Two retirees looking to get away from the city for a few days. Quaint lake house. Totally renovated interior. Totally supplied kitchen, including coffee bar. Wonderful lake view. Great birding. Quiet section of lake. Only caution would be if you are older and your knees are already giving out, getting down to the lake would not be easy. Fortunately ours still function well.

Great family fun!

Great time at the property. Cathy was so responsible and helpful making sure we had everything we needed! Once she knew we had two small kids coming she left some toys out for them to play with during our stay. The property is beautiful. The kitchen was big and well stocked. And it was perfect for us and our toddlers. I plan to return!

It was perfect, we were celebrating Christmas, New Years weekend. The house was decorated for Christmas. I took decorations and added them. It was perfect. Very clean and fully stock refrigerator and cabinets. I took all of our food, but if I needed something, it was available. Awesome!!
