Lovely and quiet location near the Botanical Garden, 15 min downtown.

Nice little warm and comfortable non-smoking apartment in a relaxed environment and a quiet neighborhood, and very close to all amenities. The apartment is very well equipped. Bedding through towels, washing machines and dryers to the kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook as you want, you will fell like home. And if you missed anything, we're just downstairs and we will be happy to help you out. We also offer travelers who arrive late in the evening to do some shopping for breakfast. Just tell us what you need and we will get it for you!
Also, this place is perfect for active retired people

Joli petit appartement non-fumeur confortable et chaleureux, dans un décor relaxant dans un quartier tranquille qui est situé près de toutes les commodités pour vos achats quotidiens. L’appartement est très bien équipé: de la literie en passant par les serviettes, lave-linges et sèche-linges jusqu’à la cuisine où vous trouverez tout ce don’t vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner à votre guise, vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous. Et si jamais il vous manquait quoi que ce soit, nous sommes juste en bas et il nous fera plaisir de vous dépanner. Sur place, vous pourrez consulter notre petit guide du quartier où vous trouverez quelques suggestions d’endroits que nous aimons. A week away exploring the city

A great place to stay

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and conveniently located between the Viau metro and the Marche Maisonneuve, with a good selection of restaurants nearby. The kitchen has everything you might need for eating in, including sharp knives, and the quiet neighbourhood and comfy bed make it easy to sleep at night. All in all, a great place to stay when exploring Montreal.

Lovely space and location!

My partner and I really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. It was very clean and super cozy! it had lots of amenities for if your staying longer like wifi, and kitchen things. The apartment is in a great location near transit, a market, and the biodome. we really loved getting coffee at canard coffee close by both mornings! Jean was very friendly and happy to give transit directions and recommendations for restaurants and whatnot! Would definitely come back one day!

Thank you Jean for a wonderful stay in Montreal. The apt. was perfect for my wife and I for our 4 day visit. It is within walking distance to the subway which makes it easy and economical to get to all the Montreal sites. A great little market was a 5 minute walk for our grocery needs. The apt. was clean, comfortable and stocked with all the items needed to cook your own meals if you choose. Jean met us when we arrived in the evening and gave us a tour of the apt. to make sure we were comfortable before he left. Thank you again Jean.

Peaceful Space

The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet, very quiet. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. The apartment was only accessible by spiral staircases, which I liked, but could prove a challenge for some. The residential neighborhood was quiet and I felt completely safe. I needed to park in the alley because of a recent snowstorm and I had no qualms about walking from the alley to the apartment after dark. The owner, who lives downstairs, was friendly and informative. I checked in late and he was super pleasant. I highly recommend this place and hope to return on my next visit to Montreal.

We had an excellent time staying here. The apartment is located to everything you need. Only a few minutes away from the subway and bus routes and close to a nice little market. Parking looked like it was going to be difficult getting a spot but it was actually very easy. This place was perfect for us and I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean and convenient in a nice section of Montreal. Jean suggested a nearby restaurant, Bagatelle, which was excellent. The unit is upstairs and care must be taken on the spiral staircase outside. We enjoyed our stay!

July Honeymoon

We had such a wonderful time staying here for our honeymoon. It was very close to the market and some tourist attractions (such as the Olympic Park and Botanical Gardens). Jean was also kind enough to check-in on us throughout our stay and also purchased groceries for us since we were arriving so late. Wonderful place to stay and would definitely stay here again!!

The rules of the apartment are clear on the site and our guests are informed about the proximity of the other apartments when they arrive. We understand very well that the jet lag is intense when we arrive from Europe, but when you get up at 5:30 in the morning and you speak as if it were eight o'clock in the evening, it is quite possible that the neighbors who sleep at this hour of the day before going to work are a little bit disturbed by the bursts of voices. Like we said, the soundproofing of this century home is not what we find in hotels rooms. It depends on what you look for as a place to live during your stay.

Ruhige Wohnung in angenehmer Lage

Unser Aufenthalt (3 Nächte) war sehr schön. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Mit der U-Bahn kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt und freut sich später, in das angenehme Viertel Maisonneuve zurückzukehren. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Markthalle, die nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Valérie und Jean sind freundliche, sehr angenehme Vermieter.
