The house was clean, and ultimately met our needs of a place to sleep while we were in town working Taylor Swift concerts. There was some confusion about how many this place can actually sleep... the listing says 50 in one place (obv not true), and it says 8 in another spot. We booked it for 7 but ended up only having 6 (thankfully), and here is the real deal: the queen bed sleeps 2 and is very comfortable. The sofas do actually accommodate a total of 4 adults, but there were only 2 sets of sheets/ bed pillows though, so 2 people have to sleep straight on the sofa with an uncovered sofa pillow for their head. We did end up having enough blankets for each person to be covered with one, after checking and asking ahead of time for there to be enough bedding for 7. The biggest issue aside from making sure everyone had something to sleep on was the temperature in the apartment. The whole house is on one AC system, and you have to text the owner to get him to adjust the thermostat upstairs- you can't do it yourself. Which works ok, when you can get ahold of him. The first night it took over an hour and a half of texting and waiting, while we were frigidly cold, and finally at 12:30 am he turned the AC off. We were able to sleep, and still pretty cool in there 2nd night. 3rd night it was back on, but he responded right away when we got home and found frigid again. I get reworking the AC to have 2 separate systems is expensive, it's just a hassle not to be able adjust it easily.

This stay was awesome. The host was great, very attentive to our needs, and readily available to handle any situation or answer any questions. The space was very clean, very roomy, and very accommodating for a group of friends or small family. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. I would definitely stay again. This property made my 40th birthday nothing less than perfect.

HUGE space that is very clean.
Like I said in the title, it is an enormous space. There are a lot of places to eat that are close by and it is just a short drive to the Denver Airport. I highly recommend this property. I don't know when I'll be back in the area because I live in Texas, but if I ever come back, I will definitely look up this place's availability first.
