Las Brisas #205: You won't be disappointed with this wonderful beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation retreat located in northern Madeira Beach. Everything you need is here and just steps from the ocean, pool, BBQ, including John's Pass Village just a short mile away. Free wifi.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The SunHost staff looks forward to taking your reservation for this spacious, well laid out updated unit. The modern kitchen includes granite countertops, newer appliances and cabinets. Fully stocked with utensils, including coffee maker and microwave, everything is here for your convenience. The open living area with comfortable seating leads out to the outdoor balcony with spectacular ocean views. There simply is no better place to watch Florida's unbeatable sunsets at the end of the day.

The master bedroom is bright and spacious with a king sized bed, television, and has direct access to the outdoor balcony. The large, second guestroom contains two queen beds with attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom has one queen bed making this a perfect property for larger families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi is also included as well as a washer and dryer.

This unit offers only ONE parking space. There is no visitor parking on this property therefore only one car for #205 can be parked at Las Brisas.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

This prime condo is just one mile away from popular John's Pass Village which offers a variety of restaurants, unique shopping and entertainment along a pirate themed 1,100 foot boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn of the century fishing village and Pinellas County's number one tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Fabulous

This is our 3rd year at Las Brisas Condos. Every year we have really enjoyed our stay. We think it is a fabulous location, clean, well maintained and beautiful.

Great views and beach access

The unit had everything we needed. We all had space. The kitchen had all the necessities. The high chairs on the patio were great for sitting outside, watching dolphins and boats go by. It was a nice surprise to have beach chairs available. We had a great stay.

Wonderful Get-Away

The master bedroom, with the sliding door to the balcony made for peaceful and beautiful mornings. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms aren’t quite as nice; being off the outdoor hallway rather than the ocean. That worked out fine, since most of our time was spent on the beach or at the pool. Location was great; on the beach, near John’s Pass, near a grocery, and many delicious restaurants! We rented jet skis one day, which was a blast! All in all, highly recommend! It was a great trip!

Wonderful

The pictures on Vrbo don’t do it any justice. This place is amazing and the views are wonderful and breathtaking. So close to everything. The Reef and Dockside Dave’s Restaurants are right across the street and are spectacular. The check in is super easy and everyone is really great to work with. Will definitely be back if we don’t move to the area first.

Family Vacation

This property has a perfect location for direct beach access. We enjoyed the beach access and the short walk to Johns Pass for shopping and many dinner options. Cabby's was close and accessible from the beach for food or drinks. The maintenance man made sure that the property was clean and was super friendly. He answered any questions we had and was accommodating for the beach wheelchair we rented and need to store on property. We will recommend this property to friends and family and will be back ourselves.

I had rented 2 condos at Las Brisas and this one made me fill out a rental agreement and I didn't get my door code and parking pass, til after arrival. The other condo gave me everything a month in advance.

Great stay

Overall this place is great. Positives are the unit is nice, clean, very well stocked with beach activities, and the beds are comfortable. We had an issue with the tub not draining that was resolved very quickly. Negatives are overall building related. Elevator is extremely slow, and over 100 degrees in the summer. Parking for this unit is awful. The pool is fairly small.

Las Brisas on Madiera Beach

We arrived to see the condo and there were things that needed fixing! The rod that held the curtain over the slider was pulled out of the wall on one end and the smoke detector was hanging down with wires from the ceiling. The floors which were tile were leaving our feet black on the bottoms. Called the property manager and was fixed the next day. In the bedroom with 2 beds the comforter on bed was soiled! Pool was very nice and heated.

205 Las Brisas

Nice place right on the beach. Plenty of space for everyone and close to many restaurants. It would be nice if they stocked a few essentials for the place. There are no paper towels or napkins. No cleaner of any type for toilets or kitchen. Wrong size coffee filters. No salt and pepper. No laundry detergent. These basics I’ve found to usually be supplied at the VRBO’s we’ve stayed at in the past.

October 2019 Stay

The condo could have been much cleaner. Upon entry to condo, water was spilled, I wiped it up with a towel and it was totally gross and turned towel black. Dead bugs coated the patio door tracks, went to bed with black gritty feet everyday. Not sure floor was washed well. Andirondack chair cracked and the small table on balcony needs replacing. Musty smell in front bedroom with only one bed in it. Pool area was closed our first day, and pool area after that was great and beach experience and view spectacular. Cabanas to rent are a must!! Need more kitchen utensils, not even pizza cutter or cheese slicer.

View is not everything!

Overall, we feel there are far better values up and down the beach (or even in Las Brisas) than this particular condo. The positives? The view (which is also available at thousands of other condos) and the building maintenance who diligently kept the grounds clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, that is where it ends. At first entry, it may look great. But it does not take long before you start questioning the return in your investment. The kitchen was not stocked well at all. The beds were uncomfortable, the bedding was awful, and the pillows were old and stinky (had to wash the pillow cases after the first night). The rug in the main living room should be thrown away. It is very dirty and beaten (tripping hazard coming in from the deck). The bathrooms are very dated and in need of basic maintenance. This condo is in desperate need of some TLC! You work hard for the money you invest - look equally hard for the right condo to rent for your time in Florida.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We ewre in unit #205 at Las Brisas a week in May 2024. It is a three bedroom, two bath unit that is extremely well equiped. Plenty of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils in the kitchen. Best equipped we have seen in many years of renting. There is a very large washer and dryer as well. there is a very large closet between the second bath and one bedroom that is stocked with a great deal of beach toys, chairs, umbrella, boards and games. That was a huge bonus! There are also rental cabana chairs/umbrella set up right in front of the beach side property if you don't want to carry anything to the beach! The furniture is very comfortable with the large sofa having two recliners built in. A large TV in living area, smaller TV in all three bedrooms. Unfortunately, we could not get the TV in the second bedroom to work while we were there. Did not call maintenance to help. The balcony is exceptional, very large. Has high wooden chairs that are comfortable and allows you to enjoy the beach scene looking over the railing, not through it as most balcony furniture do! There is the Reef Retaurant right across the street that has a daily dinner special which we utilized frequently so we didn't have to cook often. Plenty of other places nearby as well. Only one parking space per unit. We had three vehicles so we had to make arrangements to park the extra vehicles a little further away from Las Brisas. It is very tight parking in almost all of the parking spaces so larger cars/trucks can be a bit of a problem. Check in is at 4:00. We had hoped to get in a little earlier but did not get the code to the lock until 3:58!!! We had already been to the grocery store anticipating getting in a little earlier. Having a code lock instead of keys was great as there were 6 of us staying there. I would highly recommend this unit. Management was very pleasant and helpful with any communication. You can check out with the app that they provide you with on your reservation.

Beds were comfortable for 4 adults and 3 children. There were extra beach chairs, sand toys/buckets, boogie boards, etc. in the storage area of the condo. We had a great stay. Only a 2 min walk to the bus/trolley stop. Close to grocery stores and major food chains if needed. One thing to note is there is only 1 parking space for the condo unit but it is in the outside lot (not under the building) so we did not have to remove our roof box that we had on top of our vehicle (Clearance under building is only 6'6" or so). Would stay here again.

Beautiful views of the ocean and we loved the bar height patio chairs to see over the railing for a straight view of the water. We appreciated all of the games and beach toys in the unit to enjoy during our stay. The lock is a little fidgety but we figured it out by the second day. My only complaint is the living room rug either needs to be replaced or washed. However, this wouldn’t stop us from staying again.
