Lake House with Sweeping Views of Winnipesaukee

We have a beautiful newly renovated 5 bedroom vacation home in Center Harbor (between Lake Winnipesaukee and Squam Lake) available for the summer weeks, as well as for non-summer weekends and long-term rentals. We just finished completely rehabbing the interior, so everything is new. The house directly overlooks Center Harbor Village on one side and is just steps from Lake Winnipesaukee on the other side. The house has sweeping views of the Lake. It comfortably sleeps 12 people and is large enough for 2 (possibly 3) families vacationing together.

Our home is just a short distance to everything you need for a memorable vacation:

– a public beach, basketball court and playground a couple minutes’ walk away
– great restaurants within walking distance
– ice cream stand across the street
– kayaking rental business next door
– neighborhood retail (e.g., coffee shop, arts & crafts store, supermarket, liquor store, hardware store – all walking distance)
– the Lake!

The house has cable television, two HDTVs, WiFi, gas grill, ceiling fans throughout, washer/dryer, linens, beach chairs, beach towels

Please note that the house does not come with a dock, but there is a boat launch about a 1 minute walk away
