Welcome to Osprey Watch! This peaceful retreat is located directly on the water in a quiet cul-de-sac on beautiful East Lake Sinclair. Our property features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is an open-concept living, dining and a fully stocked kitchen with views from every living space in the house! Osprey Watch is in a prime fishing location in a quiet cove with 12’ water at the dock. If you would like to bring your boat, you can put in at Cosby Landing which is only a short two-mile drive by car and a couple hundred yards by boat (directly across from our dock.)

Nice Property-Very Relaxing Stay

Wonderful stay. Nice property on deep water on quiet part of lake. Decent fishing given how cold it was. Very much enjoyed the stay. Would stay here again for sure.

Georgia College Family Day

We were actually there for the College Family Weekend with our daughter. I do wish we could have spent more time at the house to enjoy the view of the water even more. The view was so peaceful. The back porch was very peaceful as well. I look forward to staying there in the future when we go to future college events for our daughter.
