Mario's Arcade Pool House

Just minutes from Walt Disney World, this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home sleeps up to 13 guests. Features include:
- Private heated pool and spa (pool heat complimentary)
- Interactive arcade with multiple Xboxes, flight simulator, Oculus Virtual Reality, racing simulator, and 3 multiplayer gaming stations with over 8000 multi-player games
- Mario kids' bedroom with castle bunk beds
- Princess Peach room with 2 sets of low bunks and dress up clothes
- 3 King bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms, and a full bath for each bedroom - all spread out making an excellent floor plan for larger groups and families traveling together
- Echelon smart bike
- Full size washer and dryer
- Located in gated and family-friendly Windsor Hills with full access to the large community pool, water slides, and splash pad, basketball courts, movie room, 3 parks (2 within a block!), fitness center, tennis courts, and the marketplace grill.

All guests are required to sign the owner's rental agreement at the time of booking in order to confirm their reservation. Failure to respond to communication from the host may result in cancellation.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

CHECK-IN/ARRIVAL
Please note Windsor Hills has secured gate entry and guests are required to submit a list of all names at least 48 hours in advance of check-in to ensure entry. Prime check-in time is 4:00 p.m. which could result in a longer wait time at the security gate if you arrive during that time frame.

POOL MAINTENANCE
Unlike many FL vacation rentals, we offer free pool and spa heating. The pool, spa, and equipment are cleaned by a professional pool service on a regular basis. As with any machinery, mechanical issues do occasionally occur. If a pool issue is encountered during your stay, we will alert the pool service and request that they attend to it as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be remedied within 24 hours, a guest refund may be issued up to a maximum of $50 for each day that the pool was not usable at the owner's discretion.

PEST CONTROL
The home is monitored and serviced regularly by a professional pest control company. However, in Central Florida's climate, there is a possibility of insect intrusion from time to time. Palmetto bugs and other insects are common in this area, and a wayward bug found inside is not indicative of an infestation.

Awesome place!

This place is totally awesome! We had a great stay and would love to come back again. The pool area, game room and overall rooms were perfect! Communication with the owners was clear and I didn’t have any issues. I do wish I were a little more tech savvy to fully enjoy all the technology in that game room.. it was so cool. We would totally rent this place again!!!

To start, this house is absolutely incredible—honestly even better than the pictures on VRBO. It’s much roomier and more open than we expected, which was such a great surprise when we walked in. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. Additionally, the location of Windsor Hills is perfect. It’s close to everything. We preordered a Walmart pickup for 4pm and arrival was seamless. The game room and pool are definitely the main attractions. My kids (9 and 6) practically lived in those two spots the entire trip! Having the pool and hot tub heated and included in the price was a huge bonus—many of the other homes we looked at charged extra for that. And my son is still talking about the Mario-themed bedroom. It truly made the trip extra special for him.The owners are just as amazing as the home itself. Communication was clear, easy, and prompt from start to finish. Everything was thoroughly explained, and we felt completely taken care of throughout our stay.To top it all off, our flights were unexpectedly canceled the night before we were supposed to leave. I emailed the owners, and within five minutes they personally called me. Within 20 minutes, they had provided us with a couple of great options. Their kindness and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant so much to us.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun, stress-free getaway to Orlando.

Fun Stay

The location of the house was very convenient — Disney was 15 - 35 min depending on traffic, Walmart was around the corner, lots of restaurants close by, etc. The house was incredibly clean and most beds were very comfortable. Katelyn was very helpful and responsive when we reached out. The crown jewel was the arcade room — big hit with our boys!The resort pool was also nice, but had an insanely loud DJ playing the day we went (it was too loud for our 19 y/o son — that’s saying something). We enjoyed the delicious sandwiches and bevs from the Market, and Market the staff were so kind and helpful.Some attention to “comforts of home” would make this place even better. We didn’t see any pool towels (no biggie — we brought our own), the lid to the kitchen trash can was broken off, the only pantry staples provided are a salt and pepper shaker, etc. All minor!
