Yeon and Javier were wonderful hosts, both in preparing me for the stay and keeping in touch to make sure everything was going well during my visit. Their property is wonderful, exactly as pictured, with many thoughtful touches to make the stay very easy and comfortable. I highly recommend this property and would definitely love to stay there again on any future visits to Seattle!

A wonderful gem! Everything about this property is spectacular! It was perfect for my husband and I; clean, cozy, comfortable bed, great shower, quiet and a great location. I really appreciated all the attention to detail, including labels on the light switches so you know which lights turn on where! We hope to return in the near future! Thank you Yeon and Javier!!

Adorable little space that is well equipped and very clean. Super cute and clean neighborhood with well kept older homes. Easy to access, easy to check out, and all around a very smooth process. Made for a perfect hub for our vacation trip.

We found the Ballard Guest House to be the PERFECT place to stay during our visit to Seattle, WA. The guest house was clean, quiet, comfortable and offered all the amenities one could expect. Parking at the back of the property allowed us the freedom to come and go without having to worry about disturbing neighbors, etc. Communication with our hosts was incredibly prompt, efficient and easy through the VRBO app.

This is my favorite place to stay in Ballard when I visit family, and I've stayed in a lot of different places. The guest house is lovely, clean, open. The gardens are beautiful and the location is perfect for walks and very quiet. Highly recommend this wonderful rental

Perfect Town, Perfect Place

We stayed for a week here and fell in LOVE with ballard and the property. Since the owners live on the property it's easy to ask for special requests and they will have lovely reccomendations for food/activities/etc. Will be staying here again!

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The Guest House was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. It also had a lovely patio to enjoy :)

Our hosts made this Vrbo rental one of the best rentals we have made in all our years of using VRBO. The property was exactly as advertised. An absolutely beautiful property inside and out. Perfect for a couple desiring to visit Ballard community for a weekend or longer. Convenient to beach parks and local eateries. Supermarket is within walking distance. Property was immaculate and all appliances as well as shower were in perfect working order. Our queen size bed gave us a restful sleep plus neighborhood is peacefully quiet. You will not regret reserving this unit.
