Excellent host, excellent property!

Kim was an outstanding host and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The property was very clean, comfortable, quiet and exactly what we were looking for to accommodate our large family during our short visit to Quincy. We give this property a 10 out of 10!! owners were friendly & helpful & responsive. Location was good. Quiet & near the beach walk area. Restaurants are a walk and there are no real grocery stores. But overall we were quite pleased with our visit.

A great place to stay!

My wife and visited the Boston area in August 2023. We were very happy staying here and will do again when we return. The owner/host (Kim) provided us with a variety of breakfast pastries, desserts, coffee, tea and bottled water. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Downtown Boston, and other greater Boston attractions were easy to get to. We had a great stay and highly recommend staying here. The owner was very responsive and trustworthy.
