The Apollo+Iris is a brand new duplex located in Lower South End. Each side of the duplex is a 4 bed/2.5 bath. The home is a ~5 minute walk to some of the best breweries and bars in Charlotte. Additionally, it's conveniently located ~10 minutes walking distance from the Light Rail which provides access to South End, Uptown, and NoDa. Other nearby attractions include the Charlotte Convention Center, the Panther's Bank of America Stadium, and the Charlotte Airport.

The home itself feels extremely spacious at 4,300 sq. ft total! Finally, there is a back patio and fenced in yard which are great for pets!

I stay was absolutely perfect. The home was the exact correct size for the 15 of us.The Neighborhood was fabulous, a very short walk to old Mecklenburg brewery. A very fun place especially for the kids to run around.Communicating with the owners was super easy and very prompt.Would absolutely recommend this for any age group

Great Spot

Easy booking, check in and check out were seamless. Neighborhood has walkable restraints, pickleball, breweries to enjoy. Living room / dinning area was much bigger in person than in the pics - a pleasant surprise! Thanks for a great weekend.

Beautiful home with great service

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The location and unique duplex arrangement makes an ideal property for our group. When a few minor questions came up, the owners responded within minutes to give answers. There is a fun brewery across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend this home for any group!

Wedding

My family and friends stayed in this amazing VRBO while we were in Charlotte for my daughter's wedding. I chose the location because the reception was at a brewery across the street. The duplex was very clean and decorated in simple chic. The beds were very comfortable and we had clean towels waiting on the beds for every guest. The bedrooms were huge and made it very comfortable to spread out. The open layout from the kitchen to the main living space was perfect for entertaining our family and friends for the weekend. The hosts offered coffee, creamers, tea and extra trash bags for our convenience. I highly recommend this property if you are in need a place for a large group of people. The host(s) were easy to work with and answered my questions in a timely manner. You can't beat the location, either. It was great to be able to walk from our front door to the backdoor of OMB, along with Queen Park Social and the other breweries down the street.
