This one-of-a-kind waterfront estate boasts a main house including 6 bedrooms, 10 baths, and can accommodate up to 15 guests. (9 adults & 6 kiddos) Four primary suites include en-suites and private balconies for expansive ocean views. A sprawling gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances makes for a premier evening of entertaining. Enjoy a bar area that is fit for only the best family mixologists, a pool table, foosball table, and large viewing screen in the entertainment space located on the lower level. 153 amenities continue with a tennis court, indoor deepwater pool, a built-in whirlpool jacuzzi, and sauna. Enjoy breathtaking Casco Bay views inside the property’s dock house. Additional add-on amenities include tennis instructor, fitness/yoga instructor, personal chef, masseuse, concierge and more.

Great stay in portland

This place was amazing, the host is incredible and it is the perfect base for a portland visit for a group. I've stayed at a lot of rentals and I am a seasoned traveler and this is in the top 1%. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful vacation spot in prime location

Elena was wonderful and we loved the house. Elena was extremely responsive when we had questions or issues. We loved the location - close to everything. Everyone was very comfortable there. Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were fantastic. Beautiful views too!

Absolute perfection

This space is truly a dream come true. I don't think anyone in our group had stayed in such a perfectly luxurious place before. The location is unbeatable - the private drive in feels so special, and the views on the water are awe inspiring. I really don't think I can say enough good things about this place. Check in and check out was super easy, the space was so clean and had absolutely everything we needed. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

A truly special property

My family and I spent a week here in the Fall and were lucky enough to catch the end of the foliage changing. The house is huge, much larger than the pictures show, and is a beautiful house with an amazing view of the harbor. If you have a large family gathering, I would highly recommend this place. Elena was also very responsive in answering any questions we had and providing solutions to any problems we ran into.

The Perfect Setting in Falmouth

We rented this incredibly beautiful and well appointed house for my wife's 40th Birthday. The house was clean, there are enough gathering spaces that you NEVER feel on top of each other. Elena recommended Chef Katie to be our private chef for the 3 night stay and she was incredible. 11 college friends, a heated pool, gorgeous setting, comfortable spaces. Music piped into the public spaces to have some background vibes. Overall, PERFECT.

Falmouth April Vacation

I stayed at this property over April vacation with my 3 children (ages 6-12). It was beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. It was a joy cooking in the expansive kitchen, I even enjoyed doing dishes while I was there because it was so effortless with all the accommodations! Every room was beautifully decorated while still having the comforts of a home. The view is unmatched and the indoor pool kept my children occupied and happy for hours each day. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. This is surely a trip my children will remember forever! We will definitely be back!

This property is a luxurious and spacious retreat. My family and I enjoyed the stunning ocean and island views. The house came fully equipped with all the amenities my family and I could wish for, including a charming dock house my partner found perfect for connecting with nature's beauty. Additionally, we truly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool complemented by a hot tub and sauna. This added a touch of indulgence to our stay. Each of the three primary suites is distinct and uniquely appealing, providing a special experience for all of us. The house offers ample space, allowing each of us private moments away from the group and comfortable areas for gathering in large numbers. It's an ideal blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty, perfect for our memorable getaway.

A Superb Property in Every Way

I sought a property that would inspire myself, my family and my guests. That is what this Falmouth home is - inspirational. You can spend hours sipping coffee and staring out the massive glass windows overlooking the Bay in the home's Great Room. Or, while it pours rain outside, you can swim and spa in the spacious indoor pool/hot tub/steam room area. Or, simply find personal space in the many unique spots within and about this lovely home. New England weather is constantly changing and I also sought a property that would keep our vacation alive if inclement weather came our way. The kitchen was our core meeting place and it is lovely. The large stone kitchen table has seating and became the social-center of our event. The grounds are breathtaking and expansive. This is a more-than-perfect property for families, for reunions and events of all kinds and in particular, a wedding. We all were taking "selfies" everywhere. Management was timely-available if needed, informative, and a delight - check-in was better than at many elegant hotels I have visited. Superb.
