Beautiful and Amazing!

Seacrest Knights was the perfect home for our large family! Plenty of space to spread out and a large kitchen and living area to enjoy family time! We loved it so much we are booking again for next year! Everything was perfect, the home is absolutely gorgeous! Hosts are friendly and accommodating! Fun area to walk everywhere or ride the tram! Highly recommended!

Perfect for a big family

Fabulous family beach vacation

We had a great time with the family and the house was amazing. Very convenient location and the amenities were perfect. The beach was easy to access and the pool is a short walk away. The owners were perfect on communication and provided everything we could possibly need. Overall it was a great trip with our family made even better by the beautiful house and accommodations. Best Spring Break

This house was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 6 kids) and we stayed here by luck after losing our original rental less than a week before arrival - it was meant to be! Dana was wonderful to communicate with, she was genuinely kind and considerate as a host. The house layout was great, plenty of room for everyone. Favorite spot in the house was the screened-in porch. Location also could not have been better- short walk or tram to the beach, restaurants nearby. Hoping to make this a yearly ritual, would definitely stay at Seacrest Knights again and highly recommend it!

Home away from home

We came to Seacrest Beach with our kids for spring break and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Seacrest Knights was the perfect house for us - warm and comfortable with lots of space for our 4 kids to spread out and stocked with everything we needed for the week. Our hosts were so welcoming and made everything all-around easy. They were so helpful and quick to answer all our questions and had great recommendations for the best dining and events. The location of the house is great too. We loved walking to different restaurants and capped off most nights with a stop at the local ice cream shops. We highly recommend Seacrest Knights to anyone thinking about visiting the emerald coast.

Mom/daughter spring break trip

This house is as amazing as it looks in the pictures! We fit 11 moms and teenage daughters comfortably with plenty of living space to hang out. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings beautiful. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and local restaurants, but secluded enough to escape the sounds of 30A. There’s a tram right outside the house to take you to the beach, but we found the walk quick and easy. We will definitely return to this fantastic house!!

Great week - great house!

Our family of 13 enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowship and beach fun this past July 4th week. Our group included our 2 adult children with 6 grandchildren, one newly married grandson-in-law. The house handled our group with ease and comfort. Everything we could hope for was provided. The kitchen was equipped with the best, the big porches were great at night, the beds had great linens…. In other words, it was like home but in a beautiful beach setting. We have been to this area a number of times, and this house is the nicest house we have stayed in for sure. We will be back!

Girls beach trip

This was absolutely the best place I have ever stayed. We had 5 moms and 7 teens! The sleeping arrangements were perfect for everyone!! The bunk room for 5 17 yr old was a luxury bunk room with COMFORTABLE full size mattresses and bathroom. The kitchen had an amazing long table so we loved cooking and eating as a group each night. There was so much space even for workouts in the hallway and foyer. Everyone reported how comfortable all the beds were. The property owner was amazing and quickly answered any question I had. I can’t even begin to list all the extras she had at the house in the fully stocked kitchen … it was so helpful! Hands down the best!! I will definitely be booking Seacrest nights again!

Amazing Stay

This was my first time to stay at Seacrest Beach. Usually, our “go to” beach getaway is Cabo, Cancun, or the Bahamas. I don’t think we will be leaving the US to enjoy a beach experience again, for Seacrest is one of the most beautiful vacation spots. Furthermore, 30A couldn’t have been more perfect! We had 11 people in our party, and there was plenty of room for us to do activities together and spacious enough when we wanted to have some quiet time. The home is very updated, clean, with a cozy feel. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone was able to get a great night sleep at the end of the day. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room for entertaining and moving around while we prepared meals. Our family will be making this trip a yearly destination for vacation. We’ve never stayed somewhere as beautiful, clean, friendly, and safe. It was absolutely wonderful!!! In my opinion, Seacrest is a perfect escape from reality while simultaneously making you feel at home ❤️

Incredible Experience!

Best VRBO experience ever! This home is incredible in an awesome neighborhood! Close to Rosemary Beach, pools, and lots of restaurants & things to do. Safe neighborhood that clearly has been recently renovated. Made our trip so worth every penny. The owner (Dana) is thoughtful, accessible, and flexible. So many nice touches in the home including practical things like trash bags, toilet paper, beach towels, hand soap, and Yetis for our beach drinks! She had fresh flowers in the kitchen when we got there and it truly felt like home. No issues at all! Great advice on beach chair rental, bikes, grocery stores, and restaurants. Even when we got home and our teenager forgot his wallet at the home, she sent it to us with everything intact! Best experience we’ve ever had with VRBO. Highly recommend!!

The best home away from home

I can't say enough wonderful things about Seacrest Knights and their hospitality. Being a frequent guest of the area, we have stayed in numerous rentals along 30a. This one was hands down the best! Not only were the accommodations beautiful, spacious, and clean, they were comfortable and well thought out. Every bed had wonderful sheets, a a comfortable mattress, and plenty of pillows... a rarity when it comes to a 30a rental. The girls LOVED the bunk rooms and the 3rd floor "play room" as they called it! My husband and I enjoyed the second floor bedroom so we could have some peace and quiet away from the children. :) This was not your typical big company run rental and it showed in every way. Typically when renting, you arrive to a home with no snacks, no seasonings, no waters, your kids are starving and it's just chaos for a bit. Not at Seacrest Knights! When we arrived there were fresh flowers, a basket full of snacks, and a card to welcome us. Such a nice touch! I could get the kids a snack and we immediately settled in. Another wonderful touch in the kitchen was the ample spices, olive oils, cooking necessities, serving dishes, etc! It helps so much to not have to buy every single thing at the store when you only need it for a few days. I truly felt right at home and it made meal times so wonderful. We dined at home several nights solely because it was such a pleasant experience and we had already eaten at the local restaurants time and time again on previous trips. We loved being able to use the BBQ grill and enjoy the screened in porch! Dana was also so accommodating with our travel plans, modifying check in and check out times as her schedule allowed. This really helped us get the most out of our time in the area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! Knowing that wonderful rentals like hers exist, I don't plan to stay anywhere else from now on!
