My mountain home! Amazing south facing views of the Collegiates. Newer 3 bed 2 bath with large living area and adjacent kitchen. Deck outside to relax! Quiet subdivision that is 1.4 miles from the heart of town (Deerhammer Distillery)! Also 20 minutes south or west to Cottonwood and Mt Princeton hot springs!
