Host was very responsive to several needs during our trip, even surprising us with treats for an inconvenience. She also was very generous in letting family and friends stop by for visits while celebrating our son’s graduation from SLTC. Great trip and nice little retreat to getaway in.

Great little cozy stay. I didn’t initially catch the details about the suite being the bottom floor of the home the owners would be in, but ultimately it was fine.

Everything was exactly as expected/described. Theresa was quick to respond and made us feel right at home in the beautiful space. We had full access to the pool/hot tub and we loved petting the cat and dog. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need while away from home. Kitchen is well stocked, bathroom has extras in case you forgot some essentials, and laundry goodies just in case you want to do a few loads of laundry. Overall a fantastic location, property, and hosts! Highly recommend!

This little sweet under the main house is amazing. We had tons of privacy and even entertained a couple of friends from out of town. They had a trampoline that my son loved to bounce in and a pool that he went swimming in. They had a surprising amount of amenities and things ready to assist forgetful Travelers. I found the little sweet more than accommodated my wife my son and I.

Excellent Stay

Me, my daughter and my mother wanted to spend a weekend away! This was the perfect place! Clean, private and relaxing I enjoyed going into downtown Chattanooga and then having a retreat away from the town. 100% recommended!

Couldn’t Ask for a better place!

Relaxing Retreat

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The hosts made sure we had everything we would need for a pleasant stay. Easy access to the highway, get to CHA in no time.

Perfect Getaway!

Our stay was so wonderful! Teresa went above and beyond to assure everything was perfect. The hot tub was very therapeutic. The home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Would recommend and would absolutely stay again.
