The place was perfect. Centrally located for easy access to grocery and dining. It was also 2 blocks from the beach, and included beach chairs and umbrellas which was perfect for us!

Such a cozy house right near the beach! We spent the week getting up and making the short walk to the beach each day and couldn't have been happier. The property manager was so communicative and made the stay so easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Management was extremely helpful and responsive if we had any questions. Home was clean. Beds comfortable. Only thing we missed was better weather! Next time! Will be back.

Great location awesome screened porch

We loved the house. Very clean and well equipped. The screened porch was our favorite. So close to the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the house is nicely furnished.

Retreat at Lil Fret

We loved Lil Fret! It was a short walk to the beach and mini golf! Super close to grocery stores and all the beach essentials. Living room was just the right size to sit around and play card games and have conversations. We had 5 teens and 2 adults and we were comfortable. The outdoor shower was awesome for getting everyone clean after coming back from the beach. We are thinking of coming back with our family and can’t recommend this place enough.

Excellent accommodations. Plenty of dishes and pot and pans. Back screened porch was wonderful for dinners. Great breeze. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very clean and bright inside. Easy walk to the beach was an added bonus. We will be back.
