The overall location and house were perfect! The only thing I would say is, it was a little hard to be by the pool w/ the bugs and bug spray. Otherwise we really enjoyed everything about the place! We would definitely come back

Perfect location to access shopping, restaurants and College of Charleston. En suite bathrooms for all bedrooms was a big help. The pool was relaxing with lots of seating. Only downside was parking - no regular car can fit into the assigned space.

We had a great stay! The place was very nice, clean, and exactly as described. It was well maintained and made for a comfortable visit. The only minor issue was that parking was a little difficult with our larger SUV in the house driveway, but we ended up parking on the street and had no problems! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others!

Very nice place close to everything, the pool was great. Plan to park on the street, the provided space is extremely tight especially if the neighbor his parked there

Our family loved the property. The little pool was perfect for the kids. Everything was very clean and appeared as listed. Communication with the host was excellent. We were grateful for the street parking because our SUV was too large for comfortable parking in the space. We would stay here again for sure.

The house was perfect for our group of 6. We loved the location and enjoyed our little private pool area in the back of the house. We had everything we needed for morning coffee, laundry, and the beds were super comfortable. It was a short walk to shopping on King Street and we had a great bagel and coffee shop nearby. I hope to have another stay at 67 Spring Street in the future.

Location, modern updates, communication w/the manager, and the pool made this an excellent place for my family and I to stay. Loved the neighborhood, with its young energy and eclectic vibe in restaurants and boutiques, and not far from the northern side of King St.

The best part of this stay is the communication with the management company. They are SUPER responsive and very helpful! Pool was nice addition for the evenings after you have done everything for the day. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is located really close to most Charleston attractions. It was a pretty home, with a private pool, which was the highlight. The water was kept warm, even in November. This is very different from the cookie cutter cabins, and condos. Parking was a little tricky, due to the compact space, but street passes were provided. All in all, we got to stay in a very clean, pretty and unique property.
