Each Town & Island Co. unit is equipped with coded locks and unique codes that are changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.

The Blue Lagoon comes with residential street parking passes for one car, a pass for each day of the booking will be left in the unit. While theft is rare Charleston is a city and we encourage guests to ensure their cars are locked and all valuables have been removed.
Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $75 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold.
We ask guests traveling with their pets to not allow them on any furniture to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furniture and beds**
