This is a neat property that has undergone some great remodeling, which is on going. Secure access, good communication with Steve. Easy to get Amazon and InstaCart deliveries. Great location right off I-70.

The apartment was just the right size for me and my husband while visiting for a basketball game.I wished the back yard was in better condition for usage, and we wasn't in the middle of two vacant properties on each side. Outside of those small things our stay was great. Steve the host was awesome.

Very easy to get to and from downtown, just a bit of a noisy street, made sleeping in the front room a little hard for light sleepers.

this was a dump in a bad part of town. You can't see from the photos but there are bars on the front doors and the secure parking was just a chain link fence with a cheap lock and wouldn't fit 2 trucks. my guys pulled in for about 5 minutes and left and got a hotel.

The front door has a standard security door, which is a common safety feature used in many properties, and the parking area (which accommodates 2 large vehicles) is enclosed with a sturdy chain-link fence and high end secure lock for guest use. We make every effort to accurately represent the property in our listing photos and description so guests know what to expect. It appears your team decided to leave shortly after arrival, but we still appreciate you and wish you safe travels. We have never had any safety concerns or issues. Note: the area is in the midst of gentrification with 7 homes being restore within the block.

The proprrty was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and close to the places we visited in Indianapolis. The host was very responsive. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is fairly shabby and run down.

Cute bungalow and great host!

We stayed the weekend for a wedding and this place was one less stress for me and my family! I would book this property again the next time we come to Indy because it was way more comfortable than a hotel and very homey!

Very clean! Looks exactly like the pictures. The home was older but taken care of well and the owners are actively improving. Steve was very accommodating! We had zero issues. Although the neighborhood is not the best we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay there again.

Casual and versatile

This property was comfortable and useful, with many choices for lodging a substantial group of people. We could only stay one night with our travel plans, but this is a worthy choice for an extended stay in Indianapolis.
