Level 1 EV charger available. Walker's Paradise: 98/100 walk score and 99/100 bike score! Minutes walking to Dupont Circle metro and several bus stops. Walking distance to Dupont Circle metro station - 10 min. Or Only few min walk to several bus stops to take you everywhere in DC!
There are tons of bikes (regular and e-bike) and scooters you can rent. Just download the APP to rent: Uber (2-wheels), Lime, Bird, or Spin are the most common. The app will show where is the closest bike or scooter available, usually within a few steps. Capital Bikeshare has specific docking sites. We had a wonderful stay! We were here for a wedding and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is beautiful and the location is great - very walkable.
The whole experience was excellent, a very convenient location for a group of 8 with 4 parking spots and walkable to many restaurants, museums, etc. Would definitely come back!
Really cool row type house near DuPont Circle. Parking for 4 vehicles.. Area is super interesting. Close walk to metro. Bars and restaurants nearby. Updated in modern style. Well appointed kitchen. Super fancy electronic bidet toilets no toddler could resist playing with for hours. There's one even in the "Harry Potter" water closet under the stairs.
Property is beautiful, very well maintained, very clean.
Host was wonderful, communication was great.
Perfect location walking distance to nice restaurants.
This home was an excellent place to stay for our family with four children. Was very clean felt to be a safe neighborhood. We walked 10 minutes to variety of restaurants and were able to take metro and Uber with ease to all DC sights and museums. Our kids really enjoyed the projector screen in the living room, enjoyed coloring at the desk space. Lot of coffee and teas provided. Would definitely stay again.
This property is fantastic in every way! First, Anita is great with communication, from check in to leaving. Next, the home is ultra clean with beautiful linens and furnishings. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly for our stay on a very hot weekend. The house was furnished with everything you could imagine, and everything was clearly labeled. Lastly, Anita’s place is located on a beautiful tree lined street, close to everything. I would highly recommend it!
One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in DC or elsewhere. Immaculate, comfortable, and well appointed. The hosts even left us a gift for us as we celebrated our daughter’s wedding weekend.
Very convenient to DuPont circle — and to Adams Morgan as well.
Highly recommended!!
This house was perfect for our girls weekend! It was so nice and great location for restaurants and bar hopping. Fully stocked with paper supplies and toiletries. The beds were extremely comfortable and heated floors in the bathroom! It was amazing to fine a place with so much parking. The host was so easy to work with. This is definitely a gem and would absolutely stay again!
We stayed here with 3 generations over the marathon weekend. The house is spotless and super well organized. The beds are extremely comfortable. Also, Anita is extremely responsive. It’s in a great neighborhood with easy access to the metro and lots of cute restaurants. I’d definitely book again.
We have stayed in dozens of vrbos all over the us and abroad. This was hands down one of the best. Everything you could want or need. Our family reunion party of 8 including kids raved about this place. Phenomenal location, phenomenal host. Thanks for letting us stay!
This property extra clean, well stocked, and was well suited for our family of seven with extra elbow room to spare. Anita was very responsive prior to and during our stay, even accommodated around our departure time. Super helpful.
Located in a beautiful residential neighborhood convenient to restaurants and the Metro this townhouse left nothing to be desired. This may sound like hyperbole but the residence is well equipped in every imaginable way and well labeled so there is no hunting for what you might need or want. It is immaculately maintained and the host was consistently responsive and considerate.
The listing photos do not do this place justice. The house was modern, spotless, and very well stocked - from extra blankets/towels, games, condiments, coffee pods, heated bathroom floors, high-tech toilets, washer & dryer with detergent, and more (it even had an air fryer!), this place beyond met our needs and expectations. The house is in a great location, close to good restaurants and walking distance to the metro. The host was very accommodating with an early check in and helping us store our luggage after check out in their basement unit. She also recommended a great local Thai restaurant that was delicious! Highly recommend this place - great for families with both young and older children. Hands down one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever had.
Location, location, location! Beautifully situated near DuPont Circle and only steps away from Adams-Morgan, this gorgeous house is a dream for anyone — especially families — who are staying in DC. A 10 minute walk from Metro, it couldn’t be more convenient. Anita’s place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen, huge dining room table and excellent projection TV were definitely highlights. Our family of 4 had tons of space, parking for 4 cars and very comfortable beds. We can’t wait to return. Thank you Anita!
We celebrated my sister's bachelorette weekend at this property, and not only is the home modern, very chic, elegant, and upscale - but the thoughtfulness of the host was extremely evident through the cleanliness and order of the home. Every little thing was labeled clearly (drawers, cabinets, etc), the most helpful appliances, gadgets, and tools were readily available for use, and Anita was extremely responsive to all my questions both approaching and during the stay. The location is also fantastic - not in the middle of the hectic parts of DC, but just outside of it - so shops, restaurants, and bars are easily within walking distance, but it is peaceful in the immediate surrounding area. Without hesitation, I would recommend this property and would absolutely love to stay there again. Thank you so much Anita!!!
This rental was perfect! Location was great, short walk to some good places to eat, a cute coffee shop, delicious cakes, and the metro. Everything was clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and everything you could possibly need was there. Plenty of towels for our family and we never ran out of hot water. Shelves and drawers were discreetly labeled to make things easy to find. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but it seems well stocked if you wanted to. Metro cards and umbrellas at the door were so helpful. Parking in the driveway was sooo nice (though quite tight for our large vehicle). Also one of the first places I’ve stayed where the check out was simple and didn’t have a huge list of chores!! Highly recommend, would stay again.
Stayed for one week with my family of 4 as well as another family of 4, all the kids were ages 9-10. We had 3 kids in bunk room and 1 in master with parents - plenty of space and restrooms (loved the heated floors). Never ran out of hot water with everyone showering and laundry machines being used! House is incredibly nice and has everything you could ever want. We brought all of our own supplies but there was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, and zip loc bags. There was plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, coffee mugs, etc. There was also plenty of detergent and dishwasher pods - this was not the usual house with just a single use of everything, it was incredible! Had both a keurig and a drip coffee maker.
The location is also wonderful - 15 minute walk to the metro and then can easily get anywhere. There were 5 metro cards at the house that we could reload, this was a nice perk so that we didn’t have to buy new ones - helped save a few dollars.
So many restaurants in the area to walk to - we ate at some and had carry out from others - so many options! Also, there is a grocery store just a short walk away.
There is a parking space - able to park our minivan which was wonderful but it is in a very tight alley and is fairly harrowing to get the car in.
Overall, highly recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
From the bidet, to the adjustable beds, we were pleasantly surprised. Even a printer if you needed that. Nice filtered water and enough kitchen items that nothing was left to be wanted. Air Fryer, Kcup coffee (a lot of coffee adders), really the list goes on.
A few "negatives" the projection TV in the living room has to be very dark to look good though if you need some light for vision, it can be a little frustrating. The shower was a little slippery. Again, these are nitpicks. The area is very safe and quiet even with the bar on the corner. We walked to the main dining area with little concerns.
If you are taking the metro every day into DC, it is a decent walk. It is a good 10-15 mins depending on how you do that. Bus stops can be 7-10 mins depends on where you are going though. They do have metro cards, though if you are like us we had to get a metro card first to come into town from Regan.
Pro tip: we used the heck out of the metro and bus and still didn't add up to what the unlimited cost per day. Just go a la carte. On top of that, a lot of the buses were free due to construction and "reasons".
