This home has been in our family for many years. Located in Hermantown "the land up over the hill". 15 minutes from bayfront and canal park. 5 minutes from Duluth International Airport. Homey atmosphere.

Perfect for the Traveling Professionals, The Duluth Airshow, Grandmas Marathon Weekend, Sports Tournaments, Hunting/Fishing Trips and Any Weekend Events in the Duluth Area.

Two car driveway with direct ramp access. The ramp leads to a cozy outdoor porch with multiple chair, one table and large umbrella. Full acess to the sun in the morning and early afternoon. Two lawns, one on the side and front. Enough room to run around and enjoy the small pool in the shed for hot days. Inside the home, youre welcomed with a cozy, family living area which includes, WiFi, Google Chromcast Access (To TV once connected), Six person Dining/Game table, a variety of Kitchen Supplies, an 2 montitor laptop set up (bring your own laptop), PS4 with VR with Video Games, and Board Games. Clean and safe

Although this is a dated trailer in a trailer park, the site itself and the park were very clean. The neighborhood hood was safe and quiet. It was a quiet “ place if our own” to unwind and relax and enough room for a small gathering. I would use again.

Cozy Northland Stay

Even though the weather was chilly and rainy we enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and suitable for our needs! Perhaps a bit overpriced for a one bathroom though.

good location

We had a nice visit in Duluth. The trailer is out dated, but very clean and it did the job. It was very close to the prison, which we wanted to visit family. My only complaint is it has a bunk bed in a short ceiling room. It was difficult to get in and out of the bunk. I suggest putting 2 beds in there on the floor. The owner was easy to get ahold of. I would recommend again.
