In Town Breck - 7 min walk to lifts & Main Street

Fantastic location, walkable to Quicksilver lift (7 min), Main Street (4-5 min), on Brown Line Breck Free Bus route. Easy access from Main Street, parking for 2 cars and close to other overnight Breck parking. You'll love the first floor access and tree views out the windows. Closest unit to the outdoor hot tub and set off the street to minimize noise. Managed personally and professionally by two individual owners in Denver.

Mountain Rustic Chic vibe! This space was renovated floor to above the ceiling in August 2018. Stainless steel appliances, leather sofas, custom furniture, Breck showcase wall. New insulation keeps the warmth in and the unit quiet. 800Mbps WiFi internet, SmartTV, cable TV and games for all ages will keep your friends and family engaged. You'll be close to Main Street and the lifts, walking approximately less than 7 minutes.

Guests have access to the entire condo, in-unit laundry, kitchen, dining, living, bedrooms and bathrooms. Guests also have access to a large private ski storage closet.

The community has a shared hot tub and additional shared laundry.

Comfortable Condo

Nice 2 bedroom place. Large master suite and bunk room. Enjoyed 3 days in Breckenridge. Condo has pretty much everything you need.

This property's location is spectacular. It is directly in front of the gray bus route and is a 7 minute walk to the chairlift and a 5 minute walk to the end of Main St. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, playgrounds. Walk to ice skating rink and sledding hills.

What makes this property unique

We worked with a Colorado interior decorator to help us create a mountain chic vibe. You'll see that most people enjoy the location of our condo as it is only a few minutes walk to Main Street; however, it's still nestled in between trees and vegetation, so you get the best of both worlds.
