Extremely pet friendly. Neighboor accrosss the street is "interesting" but never an issue during our stay.Very close to lots of stuff to do in downtown
The host was very responsive and very helpful with all questions. The house is very spacious, clean and has all amenities needed. We stayed for 8 nights. Close to downtown. Great media room upstairs if you bring kids. Close enough to spend some time in Asheville. We brought our dog and she had a fenced in backyard and deck to roam around in.
Being on the east side of Brevard makes it easy to get over to attractions towards Asheville and still close to Brevard central. Enclosed yard was appreciated by our dog and the sunrise view form the deck is awesome.
What's not to love about this house!Lots of room for everyone! Very Clean and well maintained. They supply you with basically everything! Our dogs loved the fenced in yard!We did see 2 white squirrels! Close to hiking and town. The host was friendly and responsive! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home!
Great fully stocked home and the Master suite was awesome! If traveling with kids, they have their own area upstairs. Also, just a short ride (or walk on a sunny day) to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!
We had a great time. Close to downtown and convenient to all the trails. House was very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Would stay again.
The house is beautiful and well setup. We were in the area for hiking and mountain biking. We were able to store our bikes in the garage, which was nice. The house has a hose for cleaning your bikes and a workstand, which fortunately we didn't need. It's close to town. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. We would stay there again.
We had a great vacation. House was clean and well appointed. Yard is fully fenced.
Location was handy to get to downtown Brevard, and hiking places in Pisgah National Park (and more). We even saw a white squirrel at the neighbor’s feeder.
This is a newer home close to town that has been well decorated and well stocked; from toiletries to small appliances. Home is meticulously clean and has very convenient access to the center of town. The owner is local and extremely easy to reach for questions. My only question was really, Can Amazon deliver here?...and they did with no problem. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return.
The house is very nice. It has a large living open living, dining, kitchen area that opens on to a deck would outdoor furniture, grill, heater if needed. There is a first floor master bedroom and bath with another half bath. Second floor has two bedrooms and bath. There is a large fenced yard, very secure for my dog. Property is close to downtown Because.
Home is located close to downtown Brevard, a little outside of convenient walking distance, but the bars and restaurants around the old lumber yard are certainly walkable. House was clean and the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The mattress in the primary bedroom is very firm and made for a roughs night sleep for my wife and I (but we prefer a softer mattress). The only real downside to this property is unfortunately outside of the owners control... The neighbor across the street is a hoarder with junk cars, debris, and trash strewn across the property. That wouldn’t be that big a deal, but they also have stray dogs and chickens who made racket throughout our stay. There was also a random night where the neighbor decided to cut firewood with a chainsaw at around 9:30 at night. Again, not the owners fault, but certainly impacted our stay.
A very nice house with a large kitchen with access to a partial covered deck which allowed use even when it rained. The master suite has a large closet with hangers (we have rented many homes that do NOT have hangers}. Master bath with walk in shower, double sinks and tub. We walked to town every day (about a mile) with our dogs and the last 1/2 mile is uphill ( on the return) which provided a nice workout. We would rent again and we enjoyed meeting Kasey.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
While the property itself met our needs, I cannot recommend this host based on the post-stay experience. After checkout, the host accused my family of damaging a kitchen window, failing to disclose our pet, and allowing our dog to urinate on a rug and bedpost. I dispute all of these allegations.I booked this property because it was advertised as pet-friendly. I submitted an inquiry first and then booked through the payment request the host sent. At no point before or during my stay was I told there was any issue with my reservation reflecting a pet or that an additional pet fee was owed. Those claims were only raised after checkout. When I asked for evidence, the host initially said they couldn't upload photos. Later, photos of a stain were provided, but they did not establish when it occurred or that my pet caused it. The host also repeatedly relied on statements from the cleaner and accused my children despite my explaining that no one opened the windows and we used only the front and deck doors. The communication became increasingly accusatory, including comments questioning my integrity, suggesting my dog had likely done this before, and ending with "Do better." I found this unprofessional. I recommend that future guests thoroughly photograph and video the entire property at check-in and checkout and confirm all fees in writing before arrival.

Sarah’s family brought an undisclosed pet that urinated on the rug in the master bedroom. She refused to pay the pet fee, which is disclosed in the listing and applied when the pet is included in the reservation.
Her group also damaged the locks on a window when they forced it open.
This was an unfortunate booking and the first guest of hundreds that is not welcome to stay again. Hosts beware.
It was perfect for myself, 8 year old and German Shepard. I was traveling alone and felt safe to walk to and from downtown with my pup. My daughter just had completed two weeks at Keystone it was a perfect place for her to unwind. It is completely fenced and and secure which matters when not traveling with my husband. It was much bigger than I needed but absolutely perfect. Love the birds and another environmental sounds I got to enjoy each day with my cup of coffee.
