Just a 15 minute drive from Main Street in New Hope and the surrounding towns of Doylestown, Lambertville, and Lahaska (Peddler's Village), offering several activities and attractions for varied interests. From some of the best restaurants in the state like Marsha Brown for the foodies, to the Gallery Piquel Fine Art Gallery and the many galleries on Bridge Street for the artist, to some of the best wineries like Buckingham Winery, less than a mile away, to the beautiful ski slopes of Spring Mountain just 28 miles away. A uniquely curated getaway, with a warm welcome from the serene world of wildlife, nature and tranquility awaits.

Lovely Home

The accommodations were nice. There were many upgraded amenities however, there were no instructions on how to use any of the amenities. The bidets, the hot tub, the smart home chargers, the fireplace flues. No instructions on how to use the stove/oven. No instructions on recycling/garbage disposal. As indicated, the house was lovely but we could have enjoyed it much more if there had been a handbook for the home.

Home to eclectic shopping, riverside restaurants and cultural attractions, New Hope is a scenic small town located directly adjacent to the Delaware River. There is plenty to see and do on this marvelous Main Street that is an hour and some change drive from both New York City and Philadelphia!

What makes this property unique

Cowry shells were the longest lasting, extremely successful, and most universal form of money used around the world from around the 13th century BC until the 20th century as both a medium of exchange and a store of value. Their use was most prolific in trade networks across Africa and Asia and gave businesses easy access to capital by allowing them to avoid bartering --this event was a financial revolution at the time. Cowry Acres aims to provide easy access to rest. While underestimated, rest is a store of value most people have ignored - leading to better health, an exceptional focus on self, and ultimately being human first - caring for your self enables your ability to care for others which in our opinion leads to financial revolution (wealth creation) in your life - The first house being “YOU”.
